Nice location, comfortable apartment like room.

Loved our room. Was happy to have a kitchen with full size frig. The frig had an ice maker too!! The water pressure in the shower was heavenly too.

My husband's key kept erasing, he got locked out of the building Sunday morning, so he used the phone outside the enterence to call front desk and the lady wouldn't help him out. I mean, she could have asked the name the room was under and confirmed info before opening the door for him.

The hotel was nice

Doesn't have a balcony like the other one, and soon as we got in the room we noticed the bathroom was dirty was not happy but we got moved to another room. Rooms are nice tho

wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

it was awful, the hotel smells like cigarettes as soon as you enter. although they say it’s a smoke free facility. Our room smelled horrible, and didn’t even look like it was cleaned , so they moved us to another from which was the same

I loved the property and staff were amazing and helpful.

This property was absolutely beautiful. I had never stayed at a Sonesta property before however I will again. all the amenities needed were offered. I mean everything right down to a tea pitcher. Extremely satisfied and will return again.

I wish there was a pool but that was a minor thing

not very enjoyable

there was not much to like other then the pleasant staff!

property was very misrepresented online. looked nothing like the pictures provided. Hotel was dirty, smelly and the elevator to floor number 3 was broken. coffee was horrible & store was very empty and over priced.

Great place to stay for work

The room was huge and nice! i love staying at Sonestas when I travel for work… the kitchen is amazing and it had plenty of room for my Rabbits to run around in their pens :)

Staff was nice, but the elevator and bed issues left us less than satisfied.

Elevator wasn’t working. We are 78 & 74 years old, so climbing stairs took several trips by us both. Not great since both of us have knee issues. Plus the bed left one of us with an aching lower back after 2nd night.

The rooms were not cleaned or in good conditions. The bath tub need plumbing work.
