I liked that it was close to the wedding venue we were attending.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't inform me that due to renovations there would be no continental breakfast. The hotel was very dirty. When we got to our room I had to go back to the front desk due to us not having any shampoo/soap in the room. Lastly we saw 2 cockroaches while there. One dead in the hallway that was there for 2 days atleast. And then Saturday a huge, live cockroach was in our room. When this happened I went to the front desk to see if some compensation could be made, but they couldn't do anything until managment got there. Which was after i checked out. Needless to say we will never stay in this hotel again.

Could have been better.

Ladies working the front desk were helpful and professional. They gave us clean towels and paper products as needed.

Room had stains on carpet and furniture. Really no comfortable place to sit. TV had barely any channels. Pots and pans and silverware were in short supply making it impossible to cook. Bed was comfortable though. Front desk staff let a “probation officer” into the building without verifying who they were looking for and as a result we were awakened at 1 am on the last night there by this person pounding on our door.

Location. It was quiet and felt safe

I’m a travel agent and wasn’t impressed…..Halls smelled like stale cigarette smoke; only 1 wash cloth with 2 guests; had to ask for more towels for second night stay; no phone in room to call for more towels etc. No information on restaurants in area.

Your hotel description stated breakfast provided and one of the main reasons we booked your place. Staff said no breakfast since COVID. We were disappointed and suggest you delete that from your hotel advertisement

Clean and comfortable beds. The suite with full kitchen and sofa bed is more comfortable for longer stay.

Kitchens are not well equipped. One room had one fork, one spoon, one mug, even though it was two guests. They don't have pots which is the whole point of having a full kitchen for a long stay. Otherwise, there's no point in staying here. When you ask for pots at the front desk they never have any. I asked four times. Was given 2 dirty pans in one room and only 1 small pot in the second room when I moved. The staff could care less. They look like they would rather be stabbing themselves with a fork rather than work there. One cleaning lady looked suicidal. One was pleasant and cordial. People hardly greet or smile at one another. It's a depressing place. Curtains and rugs are super old and dirty. The key cards stop working every after one use. You have to go to the front every other time to get them reset. The side door doesn't lock. What is the point of key cards? Some channels stopped working. Super overpriced. Only stayed here because I had no choice. It's a last resort place.

Comfortable and convenient

Our bed/pillows were extremely comfortable! We had great space and the AC was wonderful. Great location in terms of getting to the airport early the next morning. We would definitely do an overnight stay again.

The smell was odd, and the elevator was a bit sketch. They are doing renovations and had posted about it but I felt the entire facility could benefit from being aired out and maybe enforcing the no smoking (more weed smell than anything else).

Booking.com did a poor job. It mentioned that there would be complimentary breakfast but we found our that hotel is no longer offering breakfast. I feel like half of the price is wasted.

lady at the reception desk was very unprofessional she seemed annoyed! never a thank you

room actually was clean, the bathtub drip all the time.

the lobby was dirty. let’s just say nothing like the pictures advertising. we were told there would be a grab an go breakfast but when we got there early in the morning there was nothing at all.

My stay here was horrible!

I didn’t like anything about this property.

it was dirty, the employees were not attentive, the shower broke and water was running all night so I couldn’t take a shower because the temperature was scolding hot and I couldn’t adjust it. We told the staff that this was happening at 7:3pm and when we checked out the next day at 8am it was still running. The sofa bed was filthy, the whole building smelled like cigarettes, doors were filthy, the whole place was disgusting. Thankfully we were there for just one night. Also, they say have breakfast and that’s a lie but it doesn’t matter because I wouldn’t eat anything they served.

It served its purpose for what we needed it for, but I’m not sure we would stay again.

The room was clean

The receptionist initially gave us another person room and room key and we used that key and noticed that someone was actively sleeping in that room. That situation could’ve went very badly.
