Was a fun family place to stay and enjoy the lake!

Loved the lake, docks available, boat ramp was excellent.

Boat parking could have been better. Had containers in the main boat parking lot made it cumbersome to park a truck be boat. Cars kept parking in the trailer parking near the boat ramp. Breakfast was good minus the fact they ran out of condiments like jelly.

Scenic lakeview, convenient location! Restaurants you can walk to! CLEAN, comfortable room!

Ground floor (would have loved a lakeview but none were available. GREAT friendly, prompt service! I've stayed there once before for an event in Cavern Coves and the same this time and have already booked my room for Oct 2024 for the fall event! THANKS! :-) <3

Something you had no control over-- an intoxicated man outside of room 109 beating LOUDLY on the door (next to mine in 107) and yelling at the occupant at 12 midnight and then again at 2am! I saw someone with a "security" tee shirt patrolling the parking lot intermittently earlier. Do you have round-the-clock security?

Nothing at all. Will not consider staying at this hotel again.

Sherry at the front desk was unprofessional and rude to my wife. My wife was attempting to tell her that she was handicapped and there was no place to park. This was at approximately 9pm and we had no place to park. I was not present during this situation; but I was told by my son later that Sherry was very rude to my wife with her reply saying "I'll get to you in a minute". So afterwards I when downstairs to talk to front desk associate, Sherry. I began our conversation by letting Sherry know that numerous cars and trucks were double parked, & that I had pictures, asked her if she wanted to see them, her reply was rather snappy, "no I do not need to see them". This hotel only has 2 handicapped parking spots, and does not have enough parking spots. On site they have a Bar & Grill, it's guest are utilizing hotel guest parking, I asked Sherry about this. Her reply was "I can't control where they park, some guests have two cars, we are full tonight, we have over flow parking at the Conoco she said". I asked her why you being so rude to me, she says "I'm not". I tell her you are, whether you realized it or not. The room was dirty, hairs stuck to bathroom door, floor was very gritty feeling, wife found staples in our bed, cold water pressure very low.

QUICK ANNIVERSERY GET AWAY FOR OUR 17TH ANNIVERSERY !!

this was our 2nd trip here. We love the friendly and inviting staff. The beds are comfortable and the easy to sleep on. The hot breakfast with a variety. The view of the lake is amazing.

When you turned the shower on it sounded like the pipes in the wall were going to burst for the first 5 min then it went away. The eggs were cold both days, maybe because the sit up off the hot plate but still cold eggs are nasty.

The floors were very dirty, we had 3 rooms for family and we had to clean them and keeps socks or flip flops on. Even after I wiped floor with towel and wash cloth. When we we to desk to ask for extra towels, hostess said no, she couldn’t have any, until we said we paid for the room for 4 persons per room and there were only enough for 2 persons….we finally got them. Hostess was not polite.

Sour moldy smell

The smell in the room was moldy and the whole room had a sour smell. Literally went to the dollar store to get air freshener, but even that vent clip on AC unit DID NOT HELP.. We stayed for 3 nights and paid too much money for what we got!

Nice room. Had everything I needed.

Had a band playing. Took up all the parking places. Made it hard for guest staying in hotel to find parking place. For the money, would have been nice to had a lake view instead of noisy highway.😔

Great Room and service

The room was Great very clean and nice. The only issue was a couple doors down they were smoking pot and it made our room smell and I didn't like it.

The staff was GREAT! They all work hard && were always on top of things. 10/10!!! The breakfast was good too.

Leak in roof. Had to move all of our stuff to another room the next day. Lack of towels. Never got anyone to change sheets or clean room the whole 5 days we stayed. Asked for more wash cloths and was told they did t have any

Superb!! Place to stay!!!

Rooms are clean , bed and pillows were super comfortable, would’ve loved to buy some , beautiful view , pool and lake access !! Will definitely stay there again🤗

Our room had flies and gnats in it. Breakfast wasn’t available til 7 which caused its to miss breakfast on the days our team had early games. Most hotels start breakfast at 6.

Location

One of the check in staff was very rough. I booked our rooms two weeks in advance and we couldn’t get our rooms together she put us way apart and then we I ask her about it she got smart about it. For that reason I will not stay there again. I spent 200.00 plus dollars and I am very dissatisfied with the way she treated me.

It ruined the Rest of my vacation (3 days)

I stay for 2 nights and was bitten by insect or Bug for almost 50 times. In the Sekunden night i drive to a near Hospital and got 2 Injektions. I was sure, it was happens in the room , because i don't make and hikes and the places i've been bitten, was only in bed possible I told it the reception, but the reaction was cold.

Relaxing!

The view is beautiful. Great staff and breakfast. They are currently undergoing some renovations, mostly painting. Nice gem with plenty of shops, food ect. I'd definitely recommend this motel to those visiting the area.

The bed was comfy

The bathroom had mold in the tub. The TV was way small. We went to the board walk they had out there and was looking around and right there above the pool area where kids was swimming people was having sex in the window.
