I will never stay again

The location was ok

I booked the hotel 4 months out and when I walked in the hotel the lady had nothing prepared it took 30 min to check in. My ac was not working right and it sounded like drums pounding all night due to the ac above me dripping on the ac unit below. The beds where hard and sagging.

had to be in Austin for the morning. everything went smoothly. the evening desk lady was great with my many questions.

straightforward accommodations, on the highway. desk service was stellar. clean. great alternative to staying in Austin

wasn’t really near anything except chain restaurants and a walmart, but the restaurant I didn’t have to drive to and I wasn’t there as a tourist, so it was appropriate

we did not end up staying here -

the property was in the process of major renovation - the room was not ready - we had to negotiate building materials all over the floor to get to the room - the room was damp - sofa/bed etc and it smelt very damp - we could not stay here

Great location downtown.

Mildew actively growing in shower, under sink. Only one paper towel left on roll. Bath mat was coming apart. Shower curtain too narrow for tub. Dryer filter was full of lint. Barstools were too high to use, wrong height. Poor lighting. Didn’t provide room number, had to ask. Customer services can take hours to respond. No shampoo.

we got to enjoy the pool with kids before we went to a wedding we were going to.

that Walmart and restaurants were all round the hotel and very close the were the wedding was.

Breakfast was good, the typical hotel spread. The location was central to the activities we had planned.

The bed was too soft so woke up with a lower backache both mornings. The pool area was closed due to previous guests turning the pool "green". The hot tub water was clear but still closed to guests. The online photos of the hot tub and pool area were the reason I selected this hotel for our getaway weekend. Overall, disappointment but still got the downtime that we needed.
