Breakfast was good, front desk was friendly

We ran out of towels, there were no clean ones available. Trash was sitting outside doors for multiple days. I think I only saw a housekeeping person 1 time. Also, there are no large trash cans on the property that I could find.

The room smelled like pets. Our key cards stopped working at least 4 times. The room was rundown. The breakfast was terrible. The very few dishes in the room’s kitchen were dirty. There was no fan in the bathroom.

I request extra clean in my reservation because we are a family with asthma. The carpet was dirty and even the AC/heat unit was dirty with dust/dusty and little peaces of garbage inside the unit, appears that the unit and carpet have accumulate years of dust without good cleaning.

Amazing staff, decent value, but the bed is the stuff of nightmares.

Great staff, everyone was friendly and helpful at every turn. The place was clean and in general good repair, though the room was showing its age in many places and I imaging in a few years this comment will not age well. It was a good location, decently oriented to State (which is where we had to go every day). They had an amazing deli (StateSide) next door in the strip mall that was a good deal and tasty. Breakfast was a step above continental and helped to make the booking a good value.

The bed will haunt my nightmares. Somehow it was both cardboard stiff AND sinking in the middle. It was like trying to sleep on one of those display bed models they showcase comforters on, but worse. I wound up sleeping on the sofa and my partner stayed on the bed. It worked for him as at least we didn't constantly keep each other awake every time we moved. The linens were incredibly thin, he would sleep on the bed and wake up smelling like dirty socks from sweating against the mattress even though he took a shower just before sleep. Separate from the bed, the dinner is something that should be re-evaluated - either put more of a budget towards it or stop offering it. The one night we tried it we got cold cuts (no bread), carrots, cucumbers, cheese and ranch (no salad?), and some really sus spinach artichoke dip with pita strips, as well as 2 types of potatoes. It felt like they'd meant to have an actual main entre but forgot to put it out.

Absolutely delightful!

very clean and just seems they go the extra mile with keeping it done up. their convenient store in the hotel is not overpriced like most, their they cook breakfast to put out for a hot breakfast buffet and change it up daily. we’re used to only pre packaged meals!

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

The queen suite was smaller than the pictures made it seem. We booked for 4 adults and the pull out couch they mention is barely big enough for one person which left one person sleeping on the short chaise part of the couch. There were no sheets or blankets in the room for the pull out bed so we went down to ask for them, and there were no extra pillows at all for them. Kitchen in the room lacked a can opener and according to the front desk there was none in the entire hotel. The bathtub was also not very clean

This was a really nice hotel for our extended stay.

Breakfast was good. I love the suite with separate bedroom. The hotel was quiet and a nice place to relax after being out during the day. I was able to extend my stay several days.

The sofa bed would be great if two adults could sleep on it. It was actually more of a twin size. Another option would be if the chaise could be extended to sleep one adult.

The rooms were huge. Wasn't expecting having 2 seperste rooms. That was really nice

Our furniture in the room was very stained and both tubs had non working drain stops. Just needed replacing, they were corroded. Just made us feel like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Maybe ever

We always stay here when we are getting work done on our home. My husband is disabled and the staff makes sure we have everything we need to feel right at home. They are always so kind, and the rooms are just right. We will keep coming back! :)

Horrible experience

The fact that I made an online reservation through booking.com 3 weeks before arrival and when I arrived for my stay I was told I had no reservation, which I showed them my email with confirmation number and was told sorry I don’t know what happened and we have no extra rooms available.
