Good

Staff was nice

Power was out half our stay. Not their fault but didn't feel compensated at all. I'm disabled and had to walk up the stairs to the room. Spent a bunch on Doordash because dinner service was canceled understandably. All of the amenities other than the pool area were closed and filled with like, 9 kids and one adult watching them on their phone in the pool.

Easy check in, came with all kitchen amenities already in the room.

Horrible I was never booked in my correct room and Chelsae offered 2 free nights and never accommoda

No breakfast

I didn't like the professionalism of Chelsea and Erica .They are the most rude and unprofessional staff I ever met in my life. I was given the option to pay daily weekly or monthly and they kept entering my room with my 10 year old son on asking him to leave. I owed 1 day and was at my grandmother funeral when they called.

There was no toilet paper (in the entire hotel apparently), the AC did not work and the room was disgusting (hairs everywhere, etc).

Pleasant

Checked in frertedgreat smiling experience with the front desk attendant. Put my bags in the room and headed back out to a families wedding. Upon returning to my room. I discovered the remote didn’t work. Went to get it replaced. Remote worked but no service for any channel. I called the front desk from my cell phone after discovering

Loved how clean it was, saw a lot of reviews about roaches, but my fiance is in pest control and put up a monitoring station, 0 bugs for the whole 2 weeks!

It was a place to stay

Was not the room I paid for and reserved. I suppose to have a room with a couch that pulled out. My daughter couldn't stay with me so did see her for father's day. Staff was great

Good

We like confort in our suite.Fridge,Mini stove, tv, dish washer, microway.

We came from outside of Us with a small dog 40 min before check in. Needed to change our clothes and to go to Memorial Asap Receptionist was willing to let us check in earlier, but not chief reception lady.It was very disappointing.

Wonder about hotel ownership who would let there common areas look like this.

room itself was clean and comfortable

common spaces were absolutely filthy: stained carpets, mud and dirt on tile areas in common areas, elevators slow and beat up interiors. Rather shocking disparity between room interiors and the rest of the place. Noisy, unkempt kids and adults wandering around in the hallway. Poor quality excercise room AND at least two of the three machines didn't even work!

Not worth the risk.

Nothing. Not one thing.

I was double charged for my room, then told I wasnt by staff with multiple forms of proof. When I called the general manager she was very rude. The corporate manager still has not yet called me back. The room was FILTHY, fridge smelled of urine. See pics for proof. The other residents were loud, rude, creepy as hell and we did not feel safe at all. We stayed one restless night and checked out to relocate to a safe place. Still fighting with the property for my original refund.

My Worst Stay EVER!!!

Nothing!!!

This literally was THEE WORSE stay I've ever had. This place was filthy...it smelled...the front desk service was awful particularly (Connor) he was rude and just plain mean. And they have persons that I'm assuming that live there, as its an extended stay...and I was approached by a man who asked me if I needed drugs. This place should be shut down.

Friendly Staff, Rooms Very Stinky and not Very Clean

The front desk person was very friendly. There was a lot of water pressure.

The first room smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. I was given another room that didn't smell as bad upon entering but as soon as the heat was turned on and entering the bathroom that same smell was present. When I left, all my items smelled of cigarette smoke. The room also had pebbles around the base of the bed and the outlets by the light would not hold my charger. I moved the nightstand to access an outlet and the floor/area by the nightstand was very dirty. When showering, it smelled like there was someone smoking in the bathroom. There were no hand towels - just 2 bath towels and approx 8 washcloths. The shower had missing hardware and the shower head was black around each of the major water jets. The carpet, drapes and shower curtain were stained.

Clean room.

Receiptionist gave me three room keys and two room doors never opened and third room was not at all cleaned. Finally she gave the key to the clean room, I had to go up and down for 4 to 5 times just for the keys. Lobby is smelly, no proper ventilation. No breakfast provided which is very bad.

super gross. seriously only stay here if absolutely needed

nothing at all. I booked this room for the price and honestly I can see why it’s affordable. this hotel is disgusting. pay the extra 30 bucks somewhere else and do yourself a favor.

there was an awful stench on the 3rd floor and as soon as we walked out of the elevator we smelled it. we were gagging down the hall. if we had to leave our room we had to prepare ourself for the stench and put our shirt above our nose. awful.
