The staff was very friendly.
Construction started at 7AM right outside my door on Saturday morning. The hammering wasn't as bad as the workers speaking Spanish over the hammering.Their voices carried because the were in the stairwell at the end of the hall. I was in rm 401. The door was only feet from them. I opened the door and looked directly at them while recording the noise. This changed nothing. I ended up checking out without eating my free breakfast.

called for room service and was never done when we asked for it. finally the day before we left they did it. said it was never put in the notes after calling.
our room phone didn’t work, a little dirty in places. found a empty cardboard beer pocket underneath a chair.
homeless people all around the hotel.
it was an ok stay but really wasn’t very great. we were in the hotel for a little bit.

close to downtown. friendly staff. comfortable bedding. has a pool
Pool was dirty and water was too cold, cockroaches in the room, room key stopped working twice, had to ask several times to have the room cleaned. Didnt provide new Kleenex, toilet paper or cups after they finally did clean. Obviously didn’t clean the floor because there was stuff on the floor that had been there prior to the “cleaning”. Didn’t seem like the safest neighborhood but we didn’t have any problems.

Nothing.
There was a roach in the floor if our room. TV did not work. Everything was grimy and sticky. Desk chair was all peeled back leaving uncovered upholstery. We did not feel comfortable to sleep there. We left and had to move to available hotel which ended up costing an additional $1000.

Good price. Worked great for the dog.
Common areas were pretty run down. Smell of marijuana in the stairwell and sometimes even in the room throughout the night, but not enough to actually get the benefits. 😉
