Ridiculous pet fee rates - older Hilton - decent location

staff was friendly, good location

you need to have your pet rates on your website it just has pet fees may apply. was shocked when we were charged a high $75 pet fee for a one night stay. That is a high fee compared to most pet fees for one small dog. It felt old and outdated our room and the hotel.

La Quinta es Para relajar.

La tension fue exelente el desalluno es buenisimo la pisina es limpia y exelente las condiciones de la habitacion son comoda yo y mi Familia nos encanta este sugar el precio es rasonable .

Todo me gusto lo unico que el Pierre de la pisina deberia cerrar alas 10 de la noche.

Nice location. Lobby was nice.

The pictures of the rooms are very misleading. Our room was very outdated and needed a good clean. When entering our room we had staining on our sheets and we asked if we could get them switched out (no one ever came and switched them). Bathroom was not very clean. The room just didn't look like it was thoroughly cleaned after previous guest.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

The magnet on the shower door didn’t work so the floor got soaked every time I showered. The bed was too firm for me. Minor issues.

Overall, it was great. I really liked the facility and amenities.

The breakfast was great. It was nice to have that included.

I arrived 2 minutes late after the time when breakfast ended and one of the workers allowed one person to go in and closed the breakfast and didn’t allow me in even though I was right behind the other person. I thought that was rude and unprofessional.

Nice size family room for short stay in La Quinta

Nice spacious rooms, great pool.

Room was very dark. Carpet in living area was soaking wet (like step on it and have to change socks soaking wet) we’re guessing it was the AC leaking. When we informed staff they didn’t seem too bothered. Breakfast was just ok. Pool super crowded on Saturday.

Losing some ground in quality

Our room was spacious and we have enjoyed staying in this hotel previously.

We had some issues during this stay that we haven’t had before. The pool was dirty both of the days we used it. At the very least, it needed a major skimming. And there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we opened it to use it. It made me wonder how well cleaned the rest of the room was. Also, the breakfast was not as plentiful as it has been on previous trips. We have always enjoyed our stays here, but it may be time to try someplace else.😞

Really nice place to stay - good location, and very nice staff.

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. I have stayed here many times and it's a very comfortable hotel overall.

I hate their coffee pot - it spills all over and I would prefer a Keurig so I could buy coffee I like and not have a mess. The bed in my room was older and not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Beautiful property! Pool area had a resort feel to it. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Even had bottles of wine available to purchase in their snack area!

Hotel was very convenient and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel for people on a budget. The breakfast was very good. Wednesdays have free dinner consisting of pasta. We did not eat dinner at the hotel, but many families were dining there. The suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was fine.

Nothing. Would avoid this hotel.

We booked that hotel for the pool; they closed it without warning. When asked about it, the staff was rude and could not provide any details at all; we got conflicting story from different staff, it was hard to figure out what was true and what was a lie. Management made no attempt to offer compensation for the loss of this major ammenity

I would look at other places to stay in the Palm Springs area.

Staff were all friendly.

VERY disappointed in the state of the property and especially for the cost. I have stayed at Homewood Suites before and found it great for cleanliness and value. For paying almost $300 per night this property was definitely not worth the cost.
