You need soundproof earplug to sleep.

Great location and great staff.

Doors are not sound proved so you can hear everything, and the sleep gets complicated with the closer of the doors been too loud.

Decent, spotless clean, excellent linens and firm mattress was perfect.

Concept. Bathroom. Bed.

Only one elevator was in operation took too long to get to ice machine and return baggage cart. Also entryway doors to reception were inconvenient to wait at in the cold as the line to check in was long all outdoors was in constant circulation in the reception area. Also no microwave in the room. Had to travel back to reception area to heat late dinner. Elevator had cheap materials on the floor and had been vandalized with dim lighting.

The stay was great. Just need to work on temperature of water

It's very nice and clean

When we went to take our showers the water was cold let it ran for a few minutes but it was still cold.

I enjoyed my stay and it exceeded my expectations.

Everything was clean. Staff was all very polite.

Tap water seemed to have too much chlorine. It tasted off and dried out my skin.

I was able to have a peace of mind during my stay and much more!

The location was convenient but not much of a view. The room alone overrides the view and the hotel itself. I wish I was able to stay longer because the bed and shower was lovely. For most, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, and even for myself but in other locations! There was nothing wrong with the location of this Aloft, which was very quiet. Even with it being pet friendly! The staff was super nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

The only thing I didn’t like was that unfortunately my stay was too short and I wanted 😆to stay longer ( which is not their fault)but it was a bit pricey but with this place I couldn’t complain because the hotel is nice. So no real complaints over here.

Will be staying in aloft hotels more often

The accommodations were amazing! One of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I do travel a lot. Hotel has a bar and fire-pits, lap pool and everything is spotless. The room extremely clean. The staff very helpful.

Overall, I loved the property. Staff was friendly and professional. It was beautiful but those mattresses were horrible.

Very modern and stylish

The mattress was TRASH! Very uncomfortable; did not sleep well at all during my stay. My back hurt every morning I got up.

The location was very modern and clean. Rooms have been specious and clean. The bathroom had very good amenities. Especially for long hair women like me a good hair dryer is important. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had an emergency with my son and had to leave immediately after checking in. the hotel staff was unable to change my reservation nor refund my money. this was pretty upsetting since I’ll be traveling back and forth to this area pretty frequently this month.
