Perfect and comfortable

We stayed in the apartment style studio, everything was amazing!!!

The shower made a whiny noise, but overall was good quality and pressure.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Quiet room, comfortable bed and very clean. Loved the kitchenette and the gazebo. The flowers were beautiful and the property was clean and welcoming. Our new home away from home. Kudos to Jimmy. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

New shower heads would be the only thing that would have improved our stay, but the water was always hot and pressure was great.

Disappointing

The staff that checked me in was nice and the location was very convenient for my trip.

There was a foul smell like something died in the closet, and it leaked into the room. I had to spray air freshener, open the window, and block the gap under the closet door to keep it from escaping and permeating the room again. I understand they allow pets and it was probably something related to a previous guest with pets - but this doesn't absolve the hotel from their responsibility of cleaning. When I mentioned the awful smell all I got was an "I'm sorry".

When I get a room you usually are my first choice due to what I listed above

I love the space/layout of the room. I love the amenities. And the mattress/bedding in the bedroom is the most comfortable out of majority of hotels i would compare to. I also like choosing to stay with you because you have a later checkout than most other hotels. And majority of the time I feel the price is fair. I know sometimes when special events happen prices go up, but majority of the time the price is complete fair for what I'm getting. I also like that they have a store there. With my husband being a type 1 diabetic it has come in handy when he was having an episode being able to access that

For some of the night the people above us were pretty noisy but they quieted down by the time we went to bed so it was okay...

As a solo traveler I like to feel safe and my first night was not great. There was a lot of loud noise in the middle of

I liked the staff. The lady and the general manager were very friendly and helpful.

I noticed the smell of cigarettes in the hallway on the second floor which was not great and some of the hotel room doors are hard to open.

The Wi-Fi did not work well at all. I was glad I did not need it for my cell phone. You have to turn hot water pretty high to get it warm enough.

Told at check-in that they add an incidental fee that they remove if no issues after checking out. Had no problems & it was removed before processing payment but should be informed at booking, not check-in.

the hotel is old and don’t feel like I got my moneys worth for what they charge.

the carpets were dirty in the hallway. I asked for a non smoking room due to my health and they put me in a smoking room, I couldn’t stand the smell. they apologize and moved us to a suite but, it smelled like urine the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the bed was very uncomfortable and hurt my back . I did not get a good nights rest.
