Recently renovated, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, fitness center and fast wifi.

Nothing. NOTHING. NOTHING.

The hotel is in a state of repair. The staff aside from Kathy were dismissive. You can not reach the front desk by phone you have to go downstairs to talk to anyone. In our 1st room the air did not work, In our second room the air once again did not work and i was told to go back up and plug in the air-conditioning. Not sure why it wasnt plugged in already. In the second room there were condoms on the bedside lamp from a previous guest, the room was dirty and in need of several repairs such as; broken sink, broken light switch plates, broken toilet seats. The comforter had pen marks all over it. Upon immediate departure Kathy advised we would be refunded, and a week later the refund has not happened. Additionally there was a fight in our hallway that led to the street and back into the hallway and when we inquired we were advised..."this happens". Apparently the hotel is used by social services which is fine but a little transparency would have been nice.

I have nothing I can say I liked at all.

Everything? Door didn’t lock. Room was disgusting. Cigarette burns in the carpets. Old furniture. Bathroom had a terrible odor; similar to a damn air conditioner smell. To be honest I didn’t even attempt to sleep here. I drove home three hours because I felt so uncomfortable.

Clean Rooms, Comfortable Bed. Overall it was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great location, Hotel was convenient, friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious.
