Pleasant

Property was nice and comfortable.

No hot water , did hear the manager talk about boilers were out. Calling for service. Saw some ants in the room as well.

Uncomfortable

Location was close to hospital and the staff was friendly.

The building was old and not in the best condition. Not pleasing to the eye. Paint didn’t look fresh and the carpet doesn’t look clean. I would change the colors to make arrival more inviting. Same for my room. From the moment I stepped foot into my room, I immediately regretted choosing this facility. While moving the covers a huge brown/yellow stain was discovered on the sheets.

Ants

The maintenance man at night was nice and opened up the spa. He helped me get into the room since my card kept demagnetizing. He was very helpful. Security at night was also nice.

There were ants and spiders on the king side of the room . The hot tub was closed until my last day. The pool was dirty on the first day I went to swim but some maintenance guy had come after 10 minutes to clean it which he said would take 30minutes but after I waited and he was done he said it would be another 30 before we could get in so I wasted my time and left. The keys demagnetized easily so I had to continue going to the front to get them recharged. The hot Breakfast was good the first day but the next couple days were just okay. Hard biscuits and untasty sausage on one occasion. The fridge in the room also had broken shelves and cracked drawers. Washers were stinky and moldy.

seclusion. very quiet facility, friendly staff at check in.

No pool or jacuzzi access

The room was amazing however my entire crew checked out because the night staff lady was so rude

Loved the room! The beds were comfy and amazing! However there were no linens for the living room sofa bed

Night staff was very rude and unhelpful gave all of attitude as if we were bothering her, was very rude and unhelpful. Entire cast and crew checked out due to being treated very rude. Will never book at that location again

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise great.

The kichen was very nice with having the products already available and with the soaps in the bathroom readily available was nice.

There were ants on the nightstand inside of one of the bedrooms so therefore my daughter had to sleep with me in my room. I tried to tell the front desk about my concern when I went to check out the next day, considering we checked in so late the night before and just wanted to shower and go to bed, but all she said was "sorry about that" and left it at that. So I didn't know how to at the time, address the situation considering how she ended the conversation the way she did....so there fore I didn't express my concerns about the fact that I am upset i had to pay full price for a 2 bedroom suite when I really just used one.

Won’t be back that’s for sure. Front desk not helpful told me I had to go back through Booking.com to get a refund.

I asked before I got there, What is your pet fee. The property responded $75 deposit and $150 deposit after 7 days. I arrive after driving almost 400 miles and they say it’s a FEE, not a deposit. On top of the $175 a night, I was charged an additional $75 for one night pet fee. This is ludicrous but I was too exhausted to look for a new place to stay at the last minute. This property is definitely not worth $250 for a Wednesday night in the middle of no where. Welcome to Palmdale, but don’t stop at this hotel.!!!

I’d like to know if my fiancé and I can be reimbursed or complemented due to these issues.

My fiancé and I enjoyed the room.

Pool needs to be cleaned daily so much debris and dirt in pool. One of our main reasons why we choice this hotel, also A/C was not properly working. Spoke to individual at front desk didn’t seem as if they cared. Also when I went to front desk no one was there.

I was not happy with the bathroom, especially paying a high price for the hotel.

Did not stay for the breakfast.

The bathtub drain was clogged, and I had to shower with water up to my ankles. There was no conditioner in the bathroom. The toilet would not stop running when you flushed it.

i had a small problem with the breakfast because you were missing some main items.....your picture had bacon and sausage and there was no bacon or sausage available...the rest of the breakfast was really good though
