Don’t recommend!

The only think that was decent about this place was the staff.

The property was horrible. Holes in the walls, carpet was horrible. The room was busted. Coffee put lid was even busted in half. The water in the sink came out spitting & brown. The worst part about it was the people in the parking lot smoking meth…..

DONT STAY THERE! unless you're bringing All your own food,drink and ice!

The staff, the beds, the room were all great. I've stayed in suite rooms alot before because I'm usually traveling with my whole family ( with kids) so I'm familiar with these rooms. But, there's nothing and I mean NOTHING to eat or drink on the premises! And wtf, NO ICE MACHINE,, ANYWHERE!!!!!In the ad for this place, there's a pic of the lovely breakfast bar that is at these hotels. And to my shock,there's COLD coffee, from the day before in a pump carafe in the lobby area.And that's IT! Oh, and we had to go to Starbucks to get ground coffee, and cups of ice for our freezer and then go buy creamer from a store.They have to get it together in this location!!!! Un acceptable!

Quick comfortable stay passing thru town

Nancy and the lady who was at the front desk in the morning were very nice.

This hotel is PERFECT for a family who is planning extended time in the Des Moines area.

This hotel does NOT serve breakfast. This was OK as a restaurant nearby serves GREAT breakfasts (PERKINS). Our room area was gigantic. Three separate rooms. Full kitchen. Two televisions. Two closets. Lots of drawers. The bed was very comfortable. They have a washer/dryer room. Overall, the place was quiet. We will stay there again!

This hotel is not fancy. The price was very inexpensive. No pool. I haven't been in a pool for nearly 30 years so I didn't miss it. No overhang by the entrance. If it is raining you better have an umbrella.

Superb

Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Mini kitchen is great as well as free laundy. We enjoyed our stay and great with dogs.

Everything about the place was creepy. The place wasn't done as in the photos. The room is a lot on the $60 side.

Staff very accommodating, nice and easy to work with.

The rooms are spacious for us.

The room we requested had an overpowering perfume/air freshener smell. It was cold outside, but warm enough outside that we opened the window to try and air it out as we went to dinner.

I was overcharged by $60 and have still not received a refund. I could've stayed in a much better hotel for the amount I spent. Still dealing with this issue. Terrible response from managment.

Overall a great hotel and I will recommend and be back as well.

The staff was amazing! And the room was a great size for the price.

I didn’t like that it didn’t have a pool.

Overall Great Motel

Comfortable, clean, next to Perkins, close to relatives, great kitchen...

Price was higher, but that's true of everywhere, especially Memorial weekend.

Location

Needs air fresheners. It's mostly a place for construction workers. But fullfiled it's purpose. Rooms were nice & clean staff was awesome!

Not worth the money we paid.

The room was nice.

The Key Card Machine was "broke" so we were unable to get our own keys to the room. The second floor stunk like old/burnt food. Staff never really told us where anything was and was having trouble with their own keys.

Very good

Kitchenette had cooking aupplies and dinnerware. No cost for laundry. It was quiet.

Room temperature. The room was hot and really adjusting the unit on the wall didnt help. Glad we brought our own fan. Everything but room temperature was great.

The hospitality was great and the suite was nice. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The living room furniture was very old and damaged in places. Tried to sit in the recliner....got it to recline but the footrest was broken on one side....it would not go back.

hallways were dirty. thermostat did not work well. it was too hot (room 307). Had to open window to regulate temperature.
