AVOID!
Disgraceful service from Manager, Jerome. Passport went missing from Hotel room - spoke to the Manager, Jerome who treated me disgracefully. When explaining to him that I felt it had been stolen, his first response was 'We don't know that' - which I simply could not believe that would be the first response to a customer who was in this situation. When I asked for help - his follow up response was 'That's not my job'. He then walked into the back and didn't return. Simply the worst service I have ever received. Luckily the Night Manager, Josh i think his name was, was helpful afterwards - but absolutely shocking behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Cookies greeted me as I walked in.
Very clean ,friendly people, great breakfast. Close to the highway but quiet and my view was all woods. My room was much larger than expected. Just excellent all around.

Beautiful facility and room with plumbing problems that ruined our stay. Try the Fairfield Inn.
Our room was very large, clean and comfortable and we slept well and did not hear noise from the halls or nearby rooms.
You will be charged $3 for a bottle of water in your room should you use it. Unfortunately, the water saving toilet in our bathroom did not "do its job" and a large amount of dirty water overflowed all over the bathroom floor and into the flooring outside the bathroom. I made a call to the front desk where I was told that the housekeeping staff would not be arriving for another hour. She did not know what to do and was the only staff person there so she said she would call us back. When she called she offered to put us in another room until check out since we were leaving that morning and we still needed to shower. In the room we were moved to, the shower fixture pulled loose somewhat from the wall when my husband used it.

I will never stay at this hotel again. We have family in Raleigh-I will stay at a property that has a bar that’s actuall
Location
No housekeeping-I was there for 4 nights and no clean towels, no emptying garbage cans, no clean coffee cups, no new coffee kcups. Sticker on bathroom mirror says housekeeping every other day and that didn’t happen. I went to the front desk and they handed me towels-I should not have to do that! Website says bar open Sunday-bar was closed Sunday. Breakfast was 12.99-it was awful. Mold on English muffins, stale cereal, powdered eggs were absolutely disgusting. Thank goodness there were breakfast joints close by and cheaper! Teenagers were playing with the elevator. After 5 minutes, my husband went to the front desk to complain and he was told to take the stairs!! Really??
