We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn once before, so enjoyed our second visit once again. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfy. Very convenient location for the things we did this weekend.
I forgot my pillow from home, so had to get used to the pillows. Not a big deal

The space in the room was very spacious.
They did not know the correct information about my reservation

The location is great/ Target is right there, as is a Starbucks, a cute breakfast place, and McDonalds There's a movie theater across the street, and a nice shopping center nearby. It was also only 3 miles away from the school where I was dropping my daughter off, and super easy access to the freeway..
When trying to adjust the air conditioning I accidentally turned on the heat and an awful smell came out. The desk staff kindly gave me some Lysol to deal with it and it went away. The other issue was the beds - I woke up with a back ache each morning, Don't know if the mattresses are too hard or because the pillows are too soft (mushy, with no support), but I never got truly comfortable.

Everything was great and helped us get over the 3 day unexpected layover in Chicago.
I couldn't say, it was all great for the 4 of us.

Unfortunately, we came down with COVID and could not travel at the time of our reservation. We gave the hotel as much notice as possible and respectfully asked for a refund given circumstances outside of anyone’s control. The hotel never respond to our request. Even if they would not consider offering a refund, which we felt would be appropriate under the circumstances, the courtesy of at least a reply would have been appropriate and appreciated.

Great stay, amazing staff who welcomed us and found tools to help my daughter fix her scooter

The front desk was very helpful and location to the event we were attending. Also, the view of the lake from the hotel window was beautiful.
The room could use some updating. My idea of spending over $200 for the Hilton would include much nicer rooms.

Nice place, we've stayed at them before.
Overcharged for the room based on what Booking.com originally said. Luckily I matched the receipt from the hotel with my Booking.com total online. The hotel gave me a $60 refund.

The breakfast, for the price, could be better but it was ok. I really do enjoy the selection of snacks and drinks and even sandwiches they have in the lobby!
The pool, honestly. It was probably about 65 outside during our stay and although the actual room the pool was in was warm, the pool was wayyyyy tooo cold. Please consider putting in a heater or a hot tub for the guests. I can't imagine the pool would even be usable ,even indoors, in the colder months.

I didn’t like anything about this property because the people running it were incompetent and had NO customer service
I didn’t like that when I got there I had to wait over an hour to get into my room in the middle of the night due to them double booking our room. They also charged me for my room 2 additional times on top of booking.com. They assured me that they would credit me back for all the charges including booking.com. After 3 weeks of phone calls to Hilton I still have the Booking.com charge on my account. I will never stay at a Hilton again. Their mistake that they take no ownership for and when I called several times to get the charges back they were extremely rude and interrupted me several times and then told me that they didn’t charge me that many times - I let them know I was looking at my statement and it was charged 3 times and I would drive back to show them. after getting no where I called the Hilton Customer Service 3 times and it is still not corrected - I am hoping Booking.com will help me now as the Hotel doesn’t care to correct the problem. Sad thing is the same thing happened to the other guests that were booked our same room too!

there was a musky smell in our room when one first walked in, but overall everything was fine

Close to 355 and downtown Naperville but far enough away where it wasn't too loud or busy. The room was decent size and staff was nice. It has a bar from like 5-11pm and a nice lobby.
The bed was uncomfortable and hard. The breakfast was not included which was disappointing but we could buy it. From what we saw, the breakfast was small.

Staff was not very engaging.

Location to everything we were going to do.
Clean room, comfy bed. Liked walk in shower.
The people in the room next to us were laughing loud into the night. I know that is not your fault, but was bothersome.

Breakfast was good and very friendly staff.
Room was dated. The shower water pressure was terrible - like a tiny, trickling stream. I didn't even attempt to wash my hair.
