Convenient location. Nice kitchen. Nice lobby. Friendly staff.

Loved the two bedroom. Super nice and easy kitchen. Very cute with a fireplace.Spacious bedrooms.

Overall, pretty nice.

Private entrance

Did not have supplies in room. No TP. Why do you have to go get a fire log from the desk. It should have been in the room.

Very disappointing. Have stayed at other Residence Inns without any problems.

Location and easy access to restaurants/events.

Room was not what we expected-could not get an upgrade because we booked through a 3rd party agent. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling (after reporting, attendant did come to room to re-install); coffee pot had missing parts-could not use; refrigerator made humming noise, phone in room did not work. Had to ask several times for a receipt. Was told that because we used a 3rd party booking agent, receipt would be sent from the 3rd party booking agent. I felt that because we used Booking.com, there was some hesitation to give us a receipt. Was finally given a receipt.

The grounds were clean and beautiful. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool.

Nice atmosphere during the meal.The fireplace and kitchen were a plus.

More food choices would have been nice.The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. They gave us two wash cloths for four people. When we asked for more they told us two at a time was all they could give us. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Overall good, clean- good location. Staff was really good.

The receptionist was amazing. The hotel was clean. The room was clean and spacious for our family's needs. I liked that it had a place for us to cook and a hot breakfast that was included

The hot tub was down, which we did not know prior to arriving. The pool was locked by 5pm and still locked the following morning due to an incident. When we arrived there was piles of trash outside the building.

It was fine for what we needed. The breakfast was much nicer than expected.

I liked the spaciousness of the suite and the layout of the property. it had a nice area to walk the dog. It felt homey. There were plenty of things to occupy kids.

The walls in the rooms needed some wiping down. The fold out bed definitely needed to be replaced. The spare blanket that they gave to us to use on the fold out bed had holes in it. I asked for different linens at the front desk and was told they had none because the person who does laundry during the day called out. He did find one questionable blanket in the back.

Defiantly a 8/10

Loved it had a build in real wooden fireplace too bad it was summer. The bathroom was comfortable. Bed was perfect.

WiFi was very weak. My iPad only connected for one night. The ac did not reach the bed only the kitchen and living room. But still slept peacefully

Very good

This was a great location to all that we did, Zoo, Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, Sunset cruise and hiking that we did at local parks. Breakfast was very good! Lots of variety and hot foods! Front desk people were helpful, gave us extra items as needed. We put garbage out, they came and picked it up.

Our room wasn't the cleanest, but I brought wipes and spray and wiped down things. All was good!

We would stay again! The kitchen amenities were spectacular!

The property was very well kept. There was some age on some things but it was very well kept.

We didn’t sleep well because the beds weren’t very comfortable. No other issues.

The experience was fair, but could have been much better.

Breakfast was fine, good variety

The trash wasn't emptied before we checked in and I had to ask twice before someone came to empty it. Our room was never made up, so I had to go get clean towels (we were not told at check in that the rooms weren't made up daily). We also had a VERY difficult time regulating the temperature, as the thermostat did not respond when we tried (numerous times) to adjust it.

Exceptional

We loved the room, was nice and clean. The water pressure and temp was awesome. We loved having a big kitchen. We liked the breakfast that was provided.

Our TV did not work when we came back from our event, but they gave us a credit on our room. This made us happy. The credit seems to be taking time to come on my account but they sent me an email with the details. thank you!

Disappointed

The apartment feel. The bed was comfy. I liked the private entrance too.

Bathroom was too small. Tub was slippery. No log for the fireplace. Kitchen had next to no pans, utensils, proper cooking items. Door didn't close properly. USB plugs didn't work. The continental breakfast was very underwhelming. A disappointing stay.

I took pics of a chair with dried throw up on it, a broken light fixture in one of the rooms , and ripped sofa cushions.. I will never go there again ever.

The breakfast was very good, great variety of food. Location is prime.

I got charged way more than what the website said I would pay, it is very dab a dreary in the rooms, not warm or inviting & it actually frightened my little one.

I was surprised that we had to actually light our own fire just assume it would have been electric but it worked out ! Employees should be more aware of their surroundings and be more cautious of things they say and how they speak upon other guest over heard conversations I shouldn’t have
