Friendly employees.
Good location.
Clean. Hot breakfast

The front desk person when we checked j was a nice and polite young man
Our room wasn’t clean! Mold in shower. Sticky stains on desk. Carpets not vacuumed. Sink barely would drain at all. Conditioner filled but wouldn’t pump pot. Then when I brought these things to the attention of the front desk when I was leaving, after she asked I was totally blown off. Never staying at another Hampton again. Much better service elsewhere.

Parking was convenient.
Bad mattresses and pillows. No one available at the desk check in it check out. The toilet leaked and the caulking was very soiled.

In a very good location. Nice and quiet after a day of travel.

Proximity to interstate. Large room. Nice welcoming staff.
Beds sort of bouncy. Took long time to get hot water. Hallways way too cold. Could hear traffic on highway.

The location in proximity to Auburn University was very good. I liked the breakfast.
The price was higher than the value for the room. I would have like to have a constant fan option to help with noise.

The breakfast and location was good.
We asked for a working iron and was told that they had been ordered but did not have operating. The person at the front desk did not offer to locate us one. Also, we did not have enough washcloths and towels for the two nights. I went to the front desk and they did not have any towels available. The facility used a cleaning solution mainly in our bathroom area that was not pleasant to smell (smelled like cheap men's cologne).

I lOVED meeting Ladonna and Cathy! I had little interaction with Ladonna, but she was kind and welcoming when we arrived! Cathy, however, is an amazing person. I was able to speak with her at length as my daughter completed an application for scholarship at Auburn University. She is an incredible woman of strength, humor, kindness and faith. I will never forget Cathy and am thankful to have met her. (I hope she is drinking lots of water!) Please tell Cathy I said 'hi' and consider it a blessing to have spent time talking with her!
Thank you,
Tracy

I did my reservation for a room that was showing pictures of a nice and large room 321 sq foot and when I got my room was not for what a paid for. There was no couch , table and some other things that was on pictures. I have been in this hotel before in other city and I know it has all that it shows on Picts. The manger said that wasn’t the hotel fault Booking.con sold what it wasn’t 🤨🤨🤨

Bed was comfortable and location is great
Rooms had an odor, housekeeping left trash in room. That was the first thing I saw when I walked in the room and the were gnats in my room

the location and breakfast was good
it was dirty, older and not at all what represents a Hampton Inn hotel! the bathrooms were so outdated and completely a mess.
6.0
AC wouldn't stay on cooler temp if the motion sensor didn't get activated every four hours or so the temp would go back tp 73 degrees, that makes for a hoy night when you are used to 68 degrees to sleep to.

nothing
there was only one staff member at this location that was pleasant, a young man that worked the desk. everyone else was not helpful and just rude! a/c didn’t work, I was given three different rooms and all three smelled terrible. they’re spraying something in the ac vent that leaves a terrible chemical smell. you can’t walk through the lobby or down the halls without getting a migraine from the high powered air freshener that they used! my business trip was absolutely miserable, so not stay here!

The location was good.
Our room was dirty. My sheets had not been changed from the previous occupant. There was hair (shavings) all over the blanket and sheets. The breakfasts were not good. There was no microwave in the room.
