it was Ohk but definitely overpriced for the quality offered

the room was clean and well kept, but they were doing construction and the plastic covers were all over it made the price of the place not worth it

We had no hot water, and when we told the staff the said to let it keep running, so we did and still, no hot water. We had a huge muddy footprint on our bed when we checked in. We requested a crib and had to call and ask for it again to receive it. It was horrible.

A very good option for lodging close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Breakfast options were great, including omelets, bagels, yogurt, fruit & cereals. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, our destination in the area.

Water for showers in evening were not hot enough. More towel bars or hooks would be helpful.

Id be back it was wonderful place to relax.

Glad to have a breakfast and was very comfortable there. The suite with jacuzzi was wonderful.

Kids running through halls all hours of the night past 2am.

Good Stay. No complaints. Nothing special about it.

Everyone working was very friendly. We had a spa tub in the room. There was no plug to fill the tub. Front desk and maintenance were very nice, quickly found a plug and allowed us use of the tub. Tub is old and needs repair but was ok to use.

More than excellent!

I travel with family often,, so I've stayed at a variety of hotels. This one goes under A+ on my personal list of hotels. I do use a wheelchair, and every doorway, hallway, room was very spacious. I had absolutely no issues. The swimming pool and included breakfast was very convenient for my family. The staff was overly helpful. More than any other of the many hotels. I enjoyed this hotel so much that I changed my next hotel stay to this location- even though it's a little further...it's worth it.

Superb

The continental breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was quite lovely.

The only thing I could find that was a dislike was a stain on the floor between the beds. Also being next to the ice machine sucked. I will definitely stay again but not next to the ice machine, lol

Very good

Very comfortable and super clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I had a pleasant stay.

One of the bedside lamps was missing a lightbulb and no one was able to fix it. I was there on a Sunday night which probably had something to do with the response.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms and a pretty good breakfast bar.

The road construction nearby made it difficult to find.

Good

The location was perfect for the National Park and still close to Cleveland. Enjoyed the pancakes at breakfast and the cookies in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool and hot tub were not open two times of our four nights.
