A/C Worked Well. Bed was comfortable
Room was not cleaned properly. Sink fixture was loose.
2.7
Room was fine.
Bathroom could do with some small touchups that would make a big difference (eg. rough baseboards). Pool and gym were closed for some reason.
If your rate include breakfast, the buffet should be fully stocked until the end of the specified time period.
2.7
Staff, breakfast, bed comfortable
Pool and hot tub closed, multiple speckle patches on 2 walls, speckle pieces on the floor , part of the curtain off the rod, - maybe cosmetic renovations not completed
2.7
Pool was closed, and we were not informed until day prior to arrival
2.7
The bed was comfortable.
Had a fridge, and tv.
No pool, our sink was chip really badly, hotel was really run down. Room was not inviting. TV was very hard to work. No instructions on how to work it.
2.7
Breakfast good. Always had to ask for coffee to be made.
No room service. Room not touched. No fresh towels. Bed not touched.
2.7
Front desk staff Kurt was really helpful.
Room, sofa, chairs, carpet, washroom should be clean. Carpet, sofa were stained and dirty.
2.7
Breakfast was decent.
There were drug addicts running around the entire facility, the doors were covered with filth, you could tell the carpet once had a pattern but it was black.
2.7
close to food options and shopping
elevator floor filthy. bed wasn’t great. just an overnight stay before a flight the next day, so it was ok

Room and bathroom were clean; Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast buffet.
The room was hot and couldn't seem to control the heat. No matter what temp control was at, it was hot.
It was unfortunate that the pool and spa area were closed, otherwise I would rate it good value for your money.

Wonderful nice people, we have a nice comfortable quiet stay.
They treated us very nicely. Met all our requirements.

nothing - homeless people were renting the rooms. a huge altracation was in progress when I was about to check in. notice at the desk stated swimming pool and hot tub were not in service. stayed there four years ago and it was a good hotel. it’s a dump now and shouldn’t be on booking.cons list of properties. after travelling from Vancouver Island I had to find alternative accommodation. Not impressed.
read the above - dump

location
pools were closed and we were not informed, room was under renovation, towel racks not up, no mirrors, no toilet paper

I booked the room for the location being close to the airport
this site on booking states 24 hour shuttle to the airport, when I inquired on it at the time of checking in, was told they haven’t done that since Covid, I had to call 4 taxi companies to get a ride at 4:30am to catch my flight. the desk clerks response was, you can go to the Holiday inn, it’s right across from the airport so you can walk. I didn’t want to pay 200$ for the night given I would be in the room less than 12 hours. I believe the Comfort Inn is responsible for making sure the booking site has up to date information, all he said was your right that’s what it says. No offer to even discount the room after having to call so many taxi companies to find one avail to take me. Uber has an agreement, they won’t go to the airport. it was a hassle and last minute stress that was not needed.

its turning to a homeless hotel !!

The hotel is under renovation so some of the upgrades in the rooms have the potential to be very nice... once done.
Daytime staff and management are standoffish and rude. Asked for additional towels due to the shower leaking water to the floor and I was told to come down and get them myself. The rooms are slap together messes (tv wasn't hooked up, shower curtan was thown up with an unsecured rod that fell and hit me, new plastics left on everything). The smells from renovations made us legitimately ill to the stomach. Our shower leaked water all over the floor and we found blood on the newly installed mirror in the bathroom.
2.7
Breakfast was good with a lot of choices including pancakes.
The hotel is being remodeled and our room was not finished.

location
did not know it was a homeless facility. elevator rooms n hallways smelly hand sanitizers empty throughout. felt uncomfortable. breakfast was good.
2.7
Doing a remodel; room wasn’t really clean; beds were comfortable and clean; do a remodel but the rates should reflect a room that is not in very good shape
2.7
Location fine. I liked having a fridge in room.
Sweet cereals, weak coffee, poor maintenance and cleaning
2.7
Great room lots of room for luggage .
Nice amenities. Close to freeway.
2.7
Unfortunately we stayed during a remodel of the hotel. While everything was suitable to use, you could tell our room was still in need of the final touches of completion.

Breakfast was cold, and not satisfying. Alot of items not available, eggs were like chalk. The only good thing that was fresh was the pancakes. The rooms were not serviced at all expected when asked, but didn't get vacuumed or wiped down. The place takes vouchers for homeless people, so lots of shortages on blankets and pillows and uncomfortable.
2.7
This was the only hotel available.
The hotel also houses the homeless in the hotel from the community (super companionate). I would prefer to be notified of this agreement when checking into the hotel. The room above our room moved furniture and vacuumed all night. I called the front desk at 4 am to let them know and nobody ever got back to me. When I called back in the morning, the front desk hung up on me twice. When we drove away, we noticed several windows open with missing screens and drapes hanging out of the windows. Not an experience I expected for 200/night. Super disgusted.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable and the lemon water in lobby was a great bonus!
The pool was closed (online it didn’t show that) the hallways and elevator were very dirty, bathroom wasn’t cleaned well curtains were broke.
2.7
Was given a room with no door handle then switched to room across the hall. Nothing plugged in including lights and tvs. Couch had paint spots. I do not think the room was finished. The front desk should know what rooms are ready.

Monica tried her best to accommodate us, but the facility is barely functional
Had to change room 3 times to get a room where everyrhing was up to mark.
2.7
The bed was comfortable.
They put us at the end of a long hall that they were remodeling rooms on. There were tarps and flooring boxes, wheelbarrow, paintroller handles, empty boxes, workers, you name it. Going in in the evening was just tarps and debris. Leaving in the morning was a serious tripping hazard. I asked why they put us there. The worker Dwayne said availability. I told him they should just not have booked the room. Oh, and the pool and hot tub were closed!
