Good breakfast which was included! Room was nice shuttle service was good but not free.

Location was close to the Cruise port.

It said it had free shuttle service, but we had to call and arrange it and pay for it. The airport to hotel shuttle took almost an hour to pick us up after we called.

pésimo hotel

nada . ni desayuno ofrecen en la instalación aún cuando por la página fue pagado.te atienden mal , no te toman atención. hay mucha gente en recepción que habla solo inglés. debieran haber personas más amables si no hablan español.

poca limpieza en las alfombras aunque sean oscuras se veía sucio y cubres blancos manchados muy desgastados.

It was ok. I expected better from Holiday Inn express as I have used them many many times over the years

Clean bed and shower.

Reception did not tell us where to go for airport shuttle. I was in a wheelchair/crutches & waited almost 2 hrs. Then reception saw me on crutches, put me in a room all the way to end of corridor with no shower chair as requested. Ended up having to change rooms. New room was musty and we had to leave door open to air out. I was too tired to change again. Airing the room helped and we were able to rest. Shuttle next day worked well.

Ótima hospedagem com preço justo.

Hotel confortável, quarto espaçoso e ofereceu um café da manhã bom, para os padrões americanos. Fiquei em um quarto no primeiro andar, perto do local onde é servido o café da manhã. Achei que fosse acordar cedo com o barulho, mas a acústica do quarto é muito boa e não deu para escutar nada do lado de fora.

Nada para me queixar.

Decent hotel, a little more expensive due to proximity to airport otherwise an ok stay.

Stayed one night for pre flight departure. Super close to airport, about 8 minutes. Beds comfy and rooms quiet, breakfast included and good variety. Fresh cinnamon rolls! Free ride to the airport if needed.

Only negative was that only one elevator was working making morning rush a little slow.

Хорошее расположение для транзита в аэропорт, бесплатная парковка.

При заселении номер был не чистый, очень душный, нет вентиляции, низкие потолки, окна не открываются, нельзя проветрить. Кондиционер под окном очень сильно дует и отрегулировать поток воздуха невозможно. На завтраке очень мало места, негде сесть, мало стульев. Очень дорого для такого качества номера.

Calidad - precio más que recomendable

El hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de aeropuerto, hay supermercados en cercanía del hotel. Las instalaciones muy amplias y limpias, las camas super cómodas, gym 24h abierto. El desayuno era abundante y nos han dado el late checkout, recomiendo 100%.

It met our needs and was comfortable.

We liked the luggage storage room. It allowed us to spend some time in the town. The bathroom was huge and very clean. The choice of pillow firmness, but I didn't notice until the next morning.

People outside the front door smoking - they just didn't seem to be guests at the hotel.

Desk clerk Haley was awesome very friendly helpful & she even gave us menus where we could get food

Property was clean close to Fort Lauderdale airport good staff. Shuttle on departure going home different driver friendly courteous good driver

Shuttle service pick up on arrival in evening had to call 5 times placed on hold disconnected over a hour wait coming in to hotel first night driver drove like a crazy person even ran some lights

In general, I had a good experience during my stay and would definitely recommend it.

good amenities, friendly staff, cleanliness, great breakfast, excellent location, etc.

The only thing that I would improve is fixing de shower glass door (it was too heavy and wasn’t able to close it) and water wasn’t hot enough.
