Breakfast was ok. Good options for the food.
The ice machine was not working on our floor. I had to go to the next floor up and get ice.

Staff was great, facilities were clean. Very quite and in a great location.
The tile in the bathroom was missing pieces and needed to be grouted again. Bath tub had a water stain.

Breakfast looked amazing! I had to leave early and I grabbed fruit and a bagel on my out but it was very good. Staff was very friendly which helped after a long drive.
I have no complaints

Good breakfast. Nice sized bathroom and room.
The sheets were very scratchy and beds uncomfortable.

This place is horrible- their swimming g pool was full of scum and the only reason we booked was so the kids could swim - we asked three days Prior if the pool was in working condition and not told any difference - we had three rooms booked there and did not even check in and had to find new accommodations- the front desk staff was unhelpful, unapologetic and full of excuses- we spent over 800 and got nothing refunded- never stayed there - never will and would highly suggest never booking with booking.com - they just steal your money- it’s criminal to say the least-

Pool was closed our entire stay. No house keeping unless you ask at the front desk everyday.

Staff friendly and facility was clean.
Shower head was clogged and low water pressure.

I was able to check in early, getting off the road, and out of rainstorms.
Spa could have been hotter. Breakfast was a fine example of mediocrity (ie, 3 flavorless egg white omelettes resting in water), TV channels were mostly few, poor choices (shopping or sports), and/or difficult to navigate. Hamptons have been very inconsistent in providing me bottles of water, passwords, etc., as an Honors Member and apparently none has assigned points for my stays to my account. I'm having to do that myself. In my very recent round trip road trip from Washington state to Florida and return, I stayed mostly at Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, and a few Staybridge facilities. If I had it to do again, I would choose only Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge. I used to think Hamptons were special, but now just inconsistent.

Staff was super friendly.
Price was a little high.

Location, staff and views. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The beds were janky and uncomfortable. For 200 plus a night I would expect them to be more comfortable. Room was super dusty especially the bathroom shelves.
