Nice breakfast, clean hotel. Friendly staff, but didn't seem to know what they were doing.

The breakfast was nice.

The room I booked is not the room they gave me. I told them I booked a double queen but apparently they gave that room to someone else. I traveled with my adult son and was not going to sleep in the same bed with him. I had to sleep on a super uncomfortable pull out couch bed because the double queen was not held for me, even though that's what I paid for.

Disappointed in the lack of quiet and sub par breakfast

Friendly staff, clean room, good location

Room was next to elevator and it was very noisy, every time it went up or down it was hard to sleep… even birds chirping outside windows were like they were inside. Also the breakfast had no bacon, no sausage no biscuits and gravy -and the decaf coffee was cold.

I will be staying again next time I am through Arkansas.

Quiet, comfortable, and close to the interstate. Robin at the front desk was outstanding! So darn sweet and pleasant. She is a real asset for the property as she sets the tone for the whole visit. The breakfast selection was surprisingly large and very tasty.

The staff was very polite. Breakfast was good. Had eggs, sausage, and potatoes, as well as waffles, muffins, bananas, and juice. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The walls are thin. We had a family with small children beside us. The children were slaming the door many times earlier than we preferred.

Nice, clean stay.

Kind and friendly staff. Very clean. Easy access to major highways and nearby shopping.

Vinyl, padded headboards (weird, ‘ewh’ factor). No real closet - just a curtain on the window wall with about 8” of depth behind it (couldn’t stow luggage out of sight). No smart TV (come on - gotta have at least Netflix available for the teens).

The room seemed to be clean, the staff was nice, good breakfast.

The room was rather dark. It would stand some lighting in the entry. There's not much room in the bathroom to fix your hair, put on makeup, etc., if there's more than one person; and even though there's a mirror in the room, it's so dark that it's not very useful. Other than that, it was a decent room.
