Breakfast was awful. No idea what eggs were made of. Sausage looked like sliced hot dogs. Al bread choice were dry/stale and yogurts no choice, just sugar Dannon! For a Hilton property you should be ashamed.
.????
2.5
The location, breakfast, clean rooms and helpful staff
The pool was closed. Multiple problems with key cards, and for the price it was not real impressive

Under construction for mold and water damage. Bed was soft and carpet seemed damp. Said there was a pullout sofa. It was a chase lounge that you couldn’t sleep on

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.
Booked a room with 2 double beds. Was given a king bed and a roll away bed.

Breakfast was good, the eggs were watery but other than that it was fine. Layla at the from desk went out of her way to help us with our booking because for some reason I booked one day short and had to book another day and that messed everything up. She had patience and was very pleasant, especially knowing that she would be there for thirteen hours. She had the same smile and pleasant demeanor when I saw here at 11:00 pm as she had when I saw her earlier in the morning.
I have one complaint about the room. I am vertically challenged (short), 70 and the beds vertical overachievers!! I had to use the night stand drawers to get into bed! The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.

Staff was lovely.
The mattress was terrible. It sank in the middle. My wife and I did not sleep all night.

Fantastic breakfast with many delicious options
The tub drain didn’t work and filled with water when showering.
The dogs next door to us were left alone and barked repeatedly when we made any noise.
We could hear repeated jumping and running throughout the night upstairs.

Nice people, property, and stay. Nice breakfast
Had to sign up for reward points to get Wi-Fi, a nat was in the apple juice nozzle that ended up in my cup (just got another cup) and thought given how much I paid was not a real good value... but I was on a bike tour and this was near the route

In comparison with many other Hampton Inns we have visited the Zanesville offerings were standard rather than great. We had good days (sausages, oatmeal) and bad (hash browns are usually terrible anywhere, apples in clingwrap are an abomination -- and tasteless).
See above, plus having driven in from Virginia we were surprised that we seem to have passed the invisible "grits" line even though the staff accents still had echos of the south. I like grits and missed them. Where is the strong, dark coffee? When I asked the staff said that Hilton changed the menus. Really?

It was well maintained and the staff was great!
One set of curtains didn’t close all the way (by design, nothing was broken) which made us feel like we might be able to be seen from the parking lot.

bed was comfortable and the breakfast bar was very nice
I work nights and it was a little noisy during the day when I was sleeping. They also don’t seem to have much parking space.

It was very kid friendly.
nothing!
