disappointing, when compared to other Hampton Inns that I have stayed in!

The cleaning lady went above and beyond to make us comfortable

Breakfast was disappointing. this is NOT an inexpensive hotel! I expected better.

Receptionist was very friendly from the time we walked in. Very clean rooms easy parking

Great One Night Stay

The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was just right for me.

Black bacteria was growing along the shower door tracks in an otherwise very clean bathroom.

The staff were awesome. Angela at front desk was very attentive and friendly. Brittney went above and beyond with my 3 year old grandson. We left my grandsons tablet in room after leaving. Angela went to our room and saved at front desk for me. Brittney Made sure we had pool towels and snacks. It was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was outstanding.. will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

I was in town for a great conference. Would like to see the hotel invest some money into making so minor changes to the

The tile in the bathroom was broken so every time you walked on the floor it shifted in that area. Cable channels suck and we had to wait almost 2 hours for towel because front desk had to wash them at 1 AM. Big red carpet stain on the floor.

The property was CLEAN and INVITING, Well Lighting.

nothing about the property was negative . it was the fact I was online and I was at the point of putting my info for the $98.00 rate and the screen was gone. i don’t know how to retrieve it. therefore I wasn’t able to get a confirmation number. the staff wasn’t able to help me I was told I Must have a Conformation number or there was nothing they can do. therefore I went back online and ended up having to pay $160.00 it was late and I was tried needed sleep.

My stay was not what I expected after reviewing the star rating.

Overall the stay was ok. The breakfast was very good and the lady working in that area was great. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The elevator seemed to not be functioning correctly. There was an off putting Oder when I entered the room. The lady that checked us in was less than friendly. Turning in and out of the parking was dangerous.

Beds and pillows were super clean and comfortable

Checking was an adventure, already filed complaint. Breakfast was a joke. Out of jelly, butter, salt, cream cheese, syrup, yogurt. Manager did offer half off stay.
