Very sad situation.

The computers were not working. I waited for 30 minutes for a response from the receptionist without any apologies or care that I was waiting. Was told I was to pay $25.00 for early checkin. Rooms were warn out and dirty . Only nice staff I experienced Was serving breakfast. Very kind and courteous. Sad situation because the Hotel had such great potential. The pool Was nice but there was someone playing rap music with speakers and smoking dope with his buddies. Not a tourist friendly situation. Staff need welcome training and instruction on what is expected by Ramada as a receptionist.

Great staff, but the facility itself definitely needs a lot of work

The staff was very friendly and available.

The ice machine on our floor was not there, there is no elevator, so we had to take the stairs with an autistic 6 year old to get ice. The juice machine was broken so NOTHING was available to drink in the morning unless you drink coffee. The wi-fi and phones were out. The room was VERY hot. On my last day, someone knocked on the door at approximately 10:30 and IMMEDIATELY opened the door to ask if I was checking out. He didn't even give me a chance to hide if I was changing and I felt that was pretty unprofessional.

Horrible stay

The bed was comfortable

Linens were stained. Got locked in the bathroom because the door handle is broken. No hot water. The room was not clean - everything was dusty. The bathroom smelled of marijuana. There was no wifi. The ice machines were broken. Toiletries were already used- there was someone else's hair on one of the bottles. . Doors into the hotel were not secure, you did not need a hotel key to get into the building. On check out day, a man banged on the door at 9:30 and said we have to go check out even though check out is at 11:00. 2 of the lamps in the room were broken. I complained at the front desk and all she could say was "sorry." I would never come back and not recommend it to anyone.

Clean your carpets, fix ice machine. But great place to stay!

Cheap and was relatively clean! Needed something for a few days before we checked into our AirBnB. This served its purpose! Would stay again if we do this vacation again.

Ice machine was down, the cleaning could be a little better. Walking around on carpet, feet turned dirty after shower. That is extremely gross.

Good staff let down by terrible filthy rooms. Did the best they could.

Nothing. However Staff great and did the best they could. Obvious they knew hotel’s shortcomings and did not query our reasons for leaving after one night but rather agreed with us. What else could they do?

Rooms decrepit and filthy. Ladies’ make-up ground into bathroom counter top. Electrics a real hazard. Light fittings and telephone covered in grime and spillages. Weird sockets half way up the wall, extension cable too short and floating in mid air. Mouldy base to fridge with missing facia due to damp. An antique hotel desperately in need of large investment to get up to anywhere near a modern standard. Breakfast best avoided. We booked three nights and checked out after one. Location close to Disney no compensation for such neglect of core hotelier standards.

The gentleman who checked us in was nice and friendly.

Our room was not clean, there were rust spots on the sink. My children did not feel comfortable using the water. The carpet was sticky. Our bed sheets were ripped.

The place is run down. It's filthy dirty. The manager changed our room. It was a bit better but far from my liking. They had the nerve to charge me for the night I stayed after finding a dead gecko behind the nightstand. Receptacle was just in a large hole in the wall. Never again

We paid too much money for the lack quality this room had. We will not be back to stay.

The parking lot was very dirty and crowded. The dumpster area was exposed and also very dirty. The sliding glass door was open when we got into the room. The air filters in the air conditioner was very dirty. There were only three pillows with a king size bed. Only one wash cloth for two people. Only two towels for two people. Also there was ALOT of dust every where.

I would never stay here again!

nothing! pool broke, washing machine broke, rooms were dirty, could not get door open to the patio outside! had to ask for towels, trash bags. terrible service, no Wi-Fi all things that you said you had!

Hallways smelt terrible like pot! Dryer vent was laying on the floor and the crud from dryer was blowing in the room that is open to the hallway! carpet had stuff all over it in the hallways and garbage left in spots that should not have been!

I will totally avoid Ramada in the future

Breakfast was severely lacking. And in an orange growing region they had no orange juice 🙄. The alarm clock was left preset at 6 am without my knowledge. The walls were dirty and rundown…there was no toilet paper in the lobby restroom.

This Ramada had drug dealers, trucks parked with women going up to the trucks conducting business. There were people outside fighting. We didn't even get out of the car. Horrific and that was just the outside.
