La ubicacion es excelente, cerca de todo lo que necesitaba

Breakfast was soso. Not much to choose from and very little placed out to feed all patrons.
A/C in room turned off every night at midnight and did not turn on till 6am. Talk about very uncomfortable nights. Rather stuffy and warm at night with no a/c. Room not sound-proof. Noise from people talking in hallway to patrons running or stomping on second floor and the traffic noise from I-45. Not to mention mold in the third floor rooms that were damaged by the storm.

Unexpected charge increase of 50%

I was overcharged from my original booking for 2 nights. I had booked through Booking.com for 2 nights but the property could not get a response from the hotel to confirm the reservation. I tried to contact them also but they wouldn’t respond to me either. I was arriving late about 3am, but they wouldn’t give me the discount from Booking.com . I ended up having to stay another night but was charged full price $150.00 for each night. I had stayed at this property numerous times previously and never had this issue. I do not plan to stay there again. I have family in the area and I have always enjoyed my stay there in the past.

The toilet was to low for my elderly parents. Need a new fridge for the continental breakfast area. Yogurt was room temperature today

It was very clean. The manager was awesome and helpful!!!
There wasn’t very much I didn’t like besides that you do have to be 21 and it’s not specified.

I liked the indoor pool and the breakfast was awesome.
I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room, the coffee maker was missing the filter holder so we couldn’t make coffee, there were no wash cloths in the room, and we booked a room for 3 and there were 2 towels. Also the elevator was pretty sketchy. Lastly, I didn’t appreciate being charged for parking. Had it been in the breakdown of charges when I booked, I may have reconsidered and gone elsewhere. It’s always weird to pay extra to park your vehicle at a place you’re already paying to stay at. It’s highly likely you’d have a vehicle with you….

Breakfast ok
Noise, room cleaning not every day

Location was close to medical centers that we had scheduled procedures.
First, Elevators weren't working. Was told they would be working in 20 minutes, on a Sunday night at 11 pm upon arrival. I have had several knee surgeries and stairs are difficult for me to take. Luckily the next afternoon they were up and running. Second, We had to pay for parking? I have stayed her a few times during the pandemic and we did not have to pay for parking. For the price we paid we could have stayed at several others cheaper with paid parking. Third, there were three of us and they only had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 washcloth??? They offer free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is attached to the shower wall but guess what? Body wash and shampoo were the same thing and no conditioner, not very good for my hair. It was a rush trip and I forgot to pack my own but if they offer it, it should be in there, Front desk could not give any either.

Bed was clean. Restroom was clean
No microwave in room. No towels in pool area. Elevator got stuck with me in it. Not able to get room cleaned because I didn’t stay 3 nights. Wasn’t told that you had to pay for parking each night. Desk attendant would not give name of manager so that I could file a complaint.

Monica was amazing! My husband is an amputee and she showed us 2 rooms and asked us which would work best for his needs. I loved that! She took the time to show care and concern. The room was so comfortable and welcoming. The bed was so nice to sleep in. Loved everything about this stay!
No cons what so ever!!

There could be more variety to the breakfast menu. The same thing every day wasn't good. The breakfast would also be cold((eggs and sausage).
The communication to guest upon check in with regards to the policy of house keeping cleaning the rooms and getting clean towels.
4.0
The breakfast was ok, staff was friendly and courteous. Room temperature was perfect.
After first day at the property, we returned to find our room was not cleaned, not even a single towel was replaced and the trash can was full.
Also, the bed was not particularly comfortable (sagged in the middle)and the pillows were quite uncomfortable also.

We were told room service was every two days. Three nights and no service ever came. Front desk clerk VERY unprofessional. VERY rude. This was only on Saturday night.

Breakfast good.
Too much noise from highway. Elevator was slow and didn't work sometimes.

The free breakfast was adequate. The location was the obvious reason for the hotel choice, within 5 minutes of M D Anderson CC in the Woodlands. Located next to Willies' Grill, and across from a shopping center are positive for the location.
Also, the staff was friendly. and the gym was adequate.
I didn't like having to pay $12 a day to park (in an open parking lot with no gate or guard)
The $50 charge (refundable) for peripherals was also unnecessary on my credit card. We didn't purchase snacks or keep towels. The interior was ok but dated, and on the way to breakfast, both mornings we stayed, walked past the same 2 fruitloops (yes, the cereal) lying on the hallway floor. Also, the listed $92 per night jumped to $108 per night by the time we reserved the room (about 15 minutes). The advertised price should be what one pays, don't bump it up after the room's reserved.

breakfast was very well attended and lots of choices. Well managed and clean. Staff was excellent!
Shower soap supplies aren't marked and not sure what's in the containers.

We chose this Fairfield because it is close to MD Anderson and my mom had an early appointment. The man at the desk was very nice and very kindly waived the parking fee since we were there for medical reasons. The whole place was clean and very well kept. The room was nice, clean and very comfortable.
Hmmm, nothing I can think of.
