We will be staying with this hotel brand again.

I was overjoyed with the location of this hotel. A plethora of restaurants in the area all walking distance. We enjoyed our breakfast in the hotel. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly.

It was an amazing stay.

staff was very helpful and so nice, it so clean, you had everything you needed as if you was at home.

There’s nothing I could complain about.

My day was all I expected it to be.

I never went down for breakfast

It was ran ex emotional. The staff were great. The garbage disposal wasn't working but it was fixed on demand.

I really didn't like much, because I specifically reserved a rm with a fireplace, an thats what I thought I was getting, but the fireplace in the rm they gave me , did not work, nor did kitchenette light ,etc....I was very disappointed, because this made the atmosphere for my birthday a flop.,an I am requesting a refund because the hotel did not live up to my expectations. Thank You, Ms.Shirley Wooten

I was very disappointed that the fireplace an some of the lights in the rm did not work. I just want a refund for my troubles. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Check in was at 3.... we didn't get to go to our room until 6. We weren't offered anything for getting in our room 3 hours late Almost missed our reservations and staff didn't seem to be too worried about it

unclear and torn up. supposedly they had a flood or something but every floor was Tornio with drywall and plastic sheeting everywhere. rooms smelling like smokers living there. bathrooms hadn’t been properly cleaned

The space, the pool, the handicap access, and the shopping options.

There was hairs on the floor. Surfaces had smears on them everywhere, such as, the refrigerator, the head board, and the dishwasher

Wonderful stay

Location, very clean and spacious rooms especially when traveling with a dog, like I did. Also, as a solo traveler, I felt safe.

The pet fee is 50% more than in other hotels in the same area.
