overall not the best visit, but would stay again pending resolution of the issues.

close to where we wanted to be. friendly staff. cookie when you checked in was a hit with our son.

-the elevator was broken at the time of the stay. -the air conditioner worked only had the time at night and maintenance had to be called to resolve, which only worked temporarily. during the day it was as hot as 78 degrees per the wall system.

It was a noisy hotel. Doors close hard (slam), you heard people in the hallway like they were in your room! You heard toilets flush, water run and people walking above

Passable

Hotel felt tired, especially for the price. Convenient to things in town. Hotel didn't have advertised spa tub. Lighting and decor in room was odd and unpleasant.

Exceptional

The staff here was simply amazing, They were absolutely the nicest people we have ever dealt with at a hotel. Went way above and beyond to make sure my wife was happy and even decorated her room. They saved the day!!!!!!!!!! We will stay her again simply because of the staff,

I booked this room through booking.com and it was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub. It did not even though that's what we paid/booked for, Which was not the fault of the staff or hotel.

Disappointing

The Breakfast was good and the pool was fun. The staff was excellent.

We booked a room with jacuzzi tub, my wife has a bad back and this was a trip especially for her to soak in the tub. We enquired at the desk and were told the jacuzzi tubs had been removed years ago. That Booking.com had been told but has not removed the availability from their listings. Very disappointed with this could have went elsewhere if it had not showed jacuzzi tub. Also the shower in the room had no warm water.

I prefer the HIE when I travel for work or play because they exceed my expectations every time

Don't stay here

The hotel room was nice and the staff was great

the amenities were probably the worst and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels. I've never seen a dirtier pool and hot tub. So dirty they had to close it for 24 hrs.. I didn't get a hot breakfast because they ran out on both days. I originally added to stay Sunday night but had to cancel since I could swim in the pool or hot tub or have a good breakfast. Pretty horrible. I should get half my money back

Mostly Great Buuut...

Super friendly staff (especially Shawn). Pool/ Hot Tub, workout areas were nice. Rooms were very clean, and cleaning service was great.

Breakfast runs out way too quickly and seems understaffed to refill or replenish the empty breakfast items. Heat control was a bit tricky. We found opening and closing the window to be more effective.

The front evening desk staff representative was phenomenal! She went above snd beyond for us during our stay.

The breakfast options were a bot blah. Would love to see a waffle station, not pancakes.

Poor room and overpriced for Holiday Inn Express

The room smelled bad. Breakfast wasn't kept up with the food. No phone in room. Mechanical curtains and air conditioning didn't work properly.

Although clean facilities and huge king room, I probably won't stay there again.

The room, although not the original room requested, was very clean and HUGE! It was room 302 King bed with an exercise bike, yoga mat, and stretch bands. We weren't around for the fresh baked cookies :-/

As I said, we choose a king room with a spa tub, but did not get the spa tub. In addition, we arrived around 3:45 and the room wasn't ready. The air conditioner ran VERY LOUDLY all night; they couldn't replenish the breakfast fast enough. Food ran out.

The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, breakfast was okay but I wish they served potatoes or hash browns
