Everything! Hotel sends you messages looking forward to your arrival. Staff were friendly & welcoming. The rooms were very spacious & beds were big! Beds were super comfortable & rooms were very clean. In the parking lot there is a nice little fire pit you can cuddle up to! Yes it’s right off the “freeway” but for the most part it was very quiet. We went for our anniversary (July 3) so even with all the hectic & chaos of people traveling, this spot was perfect! We walked from the hotel to the beach (maybe a 5-10 minute walk). Even watched the fireworks from the hotel to beat the crowded beach. This hotel was just perfect. Loved being there & would highly recommend your next stay being there as well. We will definitely be back!

Excelente opción si estás de paso por Pismo Beach

La ubicación es muy buena, a pocas cuadras de la playa. Sólo pasamos una noche ya que estabamos de paso pero fue una buena estadía, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario.

Great value for price and would stay again.

Property was clean, comfortable and a convenient location. Amenities were as advertised, enjoyed outside seating area that was upgraded from the pictures and very comfortable.

Only issue I feel worth mentioning is the shower water was not hot in the AM.

No dresser, toilet made a high pitched screeching sound when flushed. Asked for a walk in shower because of mobility issues but got a room on second floor with no elevator. No pictures on walls, very bare bones.

The room was very clean.The location was convenient.

The mattress was too hard. The pillows were flat and hard. The coffee machine did not work. there were no tissues in the room. the out-side soda machine was out of order. No-one was available outside of check-in and check-out times to get an extra pillow or get another coffee machine that worked.

such a beautiful, clean, cozy motel! newly renovated nice updated rooms with cute wall decor. Nice clean roomy bathrooms with great water pressure, Very close to all pismos restaurants, shops, and beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I loved this motel however.. the king bed frame was very noisy just laying on top of it. The metal frame made it a little uncomfortable when getting on or off the bed as it sounded like a loud drum of bang.

IT WAS OKAY, WE'VE STAYED BEFORE IN 2020 AND IT SEEMED ALOT BETTER THEN,

THE WATER WHEN SHOWER WOULD GET HOT AND COLD SUDDENLY, THE SHOWER HEAD WAS REALLY LOW PRESSURE. THERE WAS WHAT SEEMED LIKE BLOOD SPLATTER ON THE WALL. IT WAS A BIT OF WAYS FROM THE BEACH AND PEIR.

exactly the kind of place I needed.

no muss, no fuss. wonderfully clean and appointed with the essentials. very close to all the spots you’d want to see and places to eat.

it wasn’t particularly cold. but I didn’t see a thermostat. I’m fairly sure it had air conditioning however, I don’t know about the heat.

We were on a quick trip south and this stop and motel was perfect for our needs.

It rained the entire time and flooded in many places. The hotel was fine.
