Very clean
Homeless people everywhere

Yhe staff was amazing the room were spacious, clean, looks to be newly renovated
I know its not the hotels problem but there was a un-homed camp set up across the street in the tree line. I got lucky and looked out my hotel room and watched a guy walk over to my car and try look in the windows. Was lucky enough to hit the panic alarm on my car.

Nothing.
Switched ownership without warning, no notice. No signs on the building to know where we were. Random furniture laying throughout the whole place. Carpet in hallways was filthy with mess from the construction on it. No one was at the desk, waited awhile before yelling “hello?” And someone came out. I requested a crib 3 times and ended up having to get it myself. Daughter (who’s not even 2) had to nap on the (very high) raised bed which was very unsafe, she hurt herself trying to get off. No linens for the crib, they handed me a flat sheet that I had to try and wrap the crib mattress in. The room REEKED of fresh paint, had a migraine from it the whole time we were there. The bathroom had no baseboards which left exposed walls and looked awful. There was an exposed electrical outlet in the bathroom. Homeless EVERYWHERE outside. Saw multiple homeless people literally smoking crack outside the hotel. Humans feces on the ground in various areas. One of the woman was trying to shove a straw up her butt, literally. As we were leaving, a man was outside the front doors screaming about something. I (28, female) felt extremely unsafe here with our daughter and would not let my husband leave us. We visit San Francisco often, where homeless are everywhere, but nothing like this. This was by far worse and more scary and dirty.

The property claimed they could not honor the reservation made through booking.com and charged me more than the initial reservation. There is no pool or hot tub as advertised. The building was surrounded by homeless people. They had active construction work going on in the hallway our room was located on. We had to move equipment out of the way to walk through the hall. And no one was manning the front desk either time we needed assistance.

The properly is passable.
The location is near where a lot of homeless and drug taking people are located. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety.
1.5
Breakfast was included - scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, sausage, cereal, oatmeal selections. Room was clean and a good size and they accept pets. Fitness room had a treadmill, spin bike, free weights and an elliptical.
The area is super sketchy with homeless people all over the place. We were worried about our car parked outside. Almost all of the restaurants that were nearby are closed and boarded up. The hotel looks tired and is definitely NOT a 3 star accommodation. It is also currently under renovation and our room, though it did seem slightly updated, was quite odd. It had a "kitchenette" with lots of cabinets, microwave, sink, and stove range - but without the stove/oven! Also, no coffee, tea, cups, glasses, or plates provided in room, and only two, rough bath towels were provided. The bed looked like a wall pull down. Staff did not acknowledge you.

Slept well
Room was smelling smoke when we walked in.

Dilapidated,
When we were there, there was a lot of construction going on and part of the hotel was closed and caution taped off. The swimming facilities were closed. We had to change rooms because the blinds were literally falling off of the window and dropped onto the floor. The bed however did seem clean and reasonably comfortable.
4.0
The bed was very comfortable. Slept really well. There was plenty of space in the room. It had recently been remodeled.
We were in a room that had been remodeled and it was missing furniture. There was a desk chair but no other seating. There was a space for a sofa but it hadn't been added yet. This wasn't a huge deal and didn't affect our stay.

The room was nice
The location is awful and a lot of homeless all around. If you just want a place to put your head great but if you want to eat or go out you have to leave the area. The other issue is they are renovating the property so everything is not available and that was not stated in the advertisement. I thought it should have been discounted more for those reasons.

The breakfast is actually really good.
The room wasn't very clean. Most of the employees were extremely rude.
4.5
The breakfast was a delightful surprise, many choices to choose from with both hot and cold items available. Really liked the “touchless” pancakes!
The few unhoused people near the area is little off putting, but far removed from the hotel enough to not worry about.

The stay was excellent, the rooms were clean and modern.
Breakfast was nice and accessible.

Room had an odor to it, the bed was fine.
Last night 7/22/23 my granddaughter and I stayed at this facility and have never been so afraid of staying in a hotel. I was woken up at 1:30 when someone was trying to get into our room, I could hear them pushing on the door. Finally, they went away. I finally dozed back off and I was woken up again at 5 with someone again trying to access my room. This time they were more persistent. I never went back to sleep and just as soon as it was light, we packed up and left. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and asked her if the doors to the facility were locked at night as there are quite a few homeless people in this area. She assured me that they were locked, and she said that she would have her supervisor look into it. I don't feel that this was a safe and secure place, I will not be staying there again.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The surrounding area to the property was very unsafe. A lot of homeless people a lot of people sitting outside doing drugs. The amenities that were supposed to be available we’re not.

It was clean and it had a great breakfast.
The staff didn't speak to you. The location was a little sketchy. We watched a couple of what appeared to be homeless people digging through the garbage. It was noisy. The fitness center, and the bathroom downstairs were kept locked. The beds were hard.
