Nice hotel, but the robot receptionist made it a bit of a weird experience

The room was really nice and big. The location was perfect.

There was no receptionist! they have a giant zoom enabled machine at reception and you interact with a person via a screen. I did not like that at all. It was weird and took away from the experience

We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, and the room was clean, comfortable and attractive.

After check in, upon returning from our event…someone r et law was checked into our room. ☹️

Overall terrible, missed wedding due to Hotel maintenance issues

They honored our request of early check in.

Our shower didnt work, We missed cocktail party due to this. Maintenance was scrambling for solution. After 45 min moved to a different room. Missed pre wedding party. No acknowledgement from managagement. Shouldve been discounted. Major inconvenience. Didnt care about our ruined experience. Ugh

We enjoyed our visit to Sedona. The hotel was really nice and we got to watch the sunrise from our room!

A perfect setting surrounded by the Red Rocks of Sedona to celebrate a 77th birthday.

The entire experience from check-in to departure was exceptional. A staff that went above and beyond and a room that ranked number one in design, layout and cleanliness . The balcony, fireplace and one of the most beautiful designed headboards - outstanding.

From the virtual overseas robot kiosk at check in during normal business hours to the filthy spa tub i specifically booked the room for to the anemic mini muffins and waxy red apples as breakfast this was a fail.

Easy parking and easy to find. Near the Red Rock state park and Palatki Indian ruins. Good room and bathroom.

Best value in Sedona, the staff (Chris) was as awesome as the view!

Staff was amazing. Chris, you made our stay something to remember, I couldn't have asked for better service. The view was better than the $1500 rooms down the road, and the room was so cozy! Loved this place, ended up booking extra nights because we didn't want to leave. We will be back.

Good place if you travel with a pet and want some extra room.

we had a suite which was very comfortable. Did like that the place is pet friendly. The room did have a balcony with a view of the beautiful mountains.

Room was facing Highway 89A, extremely busy and a lot of road noise. Be sure to bring some earplugs to sleep at night!!

Lovely rooms with comfy beds and cosy fireplace.

Lovely room with really nice fire in the bedroom which we appreciated because it was quite chilly and it looked super cosy with the fire on and the headboard lamps on which are really cute. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Breakfast was included.

Check in was a bit strange, you check in with a virtual person. Overall it was okay but I prefer a friendly face. Also note the hotel is on the main road so was quite noisy but we got lucky with a room towards the back so it was quiet. If noise is a problem for you I would request a room furthest away from the road.

Great for the price

If you have an electric car, they have chargers! The location was decent. A short drive to most hikes and parts of town with grocery and some restaurants. The main downtown area is a little further away.but not more than 15-20min drive. Overall great for the price.

The views are nice but you can find better. I wish it was a bit closer to the downtown area.
