Room was absolutely amazing, well thought out and very comfortable
Although property being renovated after hurricane Ian, a sign outside letting you know where to go and that the room was finished may have helped.

I loved the style of the room and the pedestal bed as well as the old time kind of Victorian looking decor. Pretty close to the beach and a good walk. The shelling was phenomenal!!!
The fact that the bed made loud popping noises whenever I moved because it sat a top of a metal pedestal like..annoying for sure. The air conditioner was noisy and the outside hallway and door need attention as well as outside and maybe some upgrades, no swimming pool either for when I did not want to go to the beach. But other than these things I would more than likely visit again.

Ladies in the office and the maintenance man were just as sweet and nice as can be!! so helpful and attentive. Loved the convenience of the fridge and stove and the keypad system on the room door, loved the washer and dryer and free use of beach chairs!!! Loved the short beautiful walk to the beach! so conveniently close to the beach! its a quiet part of the beach too which was so relaxing!
Only thing that was horrible was the lights that come thru the door from the hallway lighting and thru the widows at night Sleeping was very difficult.
If you fix the option of darkening the room for sleeping the stay here would have been perfect for me!

Location for beach and main road. Microwave and coffee machine Bed was comfortable and the fridge had a small freezer. Ideal for an overnight stay.
No cooking facilities, no crockery, no cutlery so no microwaved meal. Barbeque had rotted away, tools were filthy, the cover was new. Staff said that they were unaware of the condition, one refused to look at it. We purchased a small barbeque, cutlery, crockery charcoal and lighting fluid because we had shopped for four days meals. inside eating space consisted of a small shelf facing the wall with two chairs, outside table with 3 comfortable chairs and 3 aircon units. No ice machine. Sleep difficult due to noisy air con in room and an other two outside unis on wall. Photos of BBQ are available.

Location was great and the apartment was fine as we had a small child.
I have travelled with my family in 3 continents and stayed in over 100 hotels and AirBnb in the past 5 years. We have also travelled to Florida every year in the past 15 years. Location was great and the Inn was fine but this is more of a motel than a nice hotel and at $250/night is overpriced for what it offers.
This was supposed to be a self check in and it was anything but...I had to do the whole check in process again even though they already had my credit card info and all the forms which I had printed copies of as proof but I still had to sign everything again. I prefer a self check-in process.
The Latin staff are great but forget the others. On the day of checkout there was a loud banging on our door at 9AM. Checkout is 11. The person kept banging and did not identify himself. I don't open the door when travelling until the person identifies himself/herself. Next thing I know the individual punched in the code and just walked into the room startling us.
Then during checkout I went to the counter. There were two women there and I was the ONLY person waiting. They weren't tied up with a long line of guests. As I have travelled in so many places and have had the bad experience of being billed after I had left for things I had nothing to do with I asked for a FINAL receipt which all travel guides advise you to do. They said it is in your email which is I was aware of but they had no clue what a FINAL bill was. The woman started screaming at me and being very short with me. I wanted to remind her that I was a paying guest and did not appreciate being screamed at. It got so bad that the other lady had to cut off her colleague just to cool things down and she tried to explain her point of view. I know this is a German owned business and I do speak German so I tried that as well but of course nobody spoke German there.

Short walk to a beautiful beach.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable

Check-in was a breeze and the front desk clerk was super helpful and friendly! The room was small, but we knew from the photos that it would be. it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was ample space for us to store our belongings in the drawer space and small closet. There was a decent size refrigerator with a freezer large enough to store a bag of ice. A coffee maker and filters were provided and we bought our own coffee, although they did have limited quantities at the front desk. We had a nice balcony with table and chairs outside our room where I had my morning coffee and watched the sunrise. Beach access was an easy 5 minute walk down a side street and we went there nightly to watch the sunset - and found some great shells! Parking was limited, but we were able to park right outside our room. Even though we were there during spring break, it was quiet and we had no issues. It is an older property, but we enjoyed our stay and feel like we got a great value for our money. We stayed for five nights and are already planning a return trip next year!
The hotel is about three miles from the heart of FMB. As we were there at spring break, traffic was horrible trying to get into FMB and parking was expensive - anywhere from $20 to $40 a day. There is a trolley stop across the street, with trolleys that are supposed to run about every 30 minutes from early in the morning until about 11:00 p.m, We went online and purchased trolley tickets, three day passes for $4 per person. We used them the first day and waited over an hour for the trolley to come pick us up. We thought the return trip would be better, however, we waited 1 1/2 hours and never did see a trolley returning in our direction. We finally called an Uber, which arrived in 6 mins and only cost $12. Needless to say, we didn't use our remaining two days of trolley passes.

Nice place. Clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.
Tiny bathroom. No counter space. Could easily put inexpensive shelves over toilet to store your essentials.

Beds very hard. Shower too small & shower head inappropriate

Location to beach and downtown was excellent.
The room was too small. We were married on November 20. Expected a larger room.

Great location, supermarket and convenience store close by. Half a block from the beach.
A few light bulbs not working. Two electrical outlets in the kitchen for 4 plug-in appliances. Windows would not stay open. Air conditioner very loud. Problem with front door lock and door lever fell off. A small kitchen rag to do the dishes. Room and property needs some cosmetic work. Even the clock on the wall in the room didn't work

Quiet and convenient location
Very small quarters, aged appliances and older facility.

Price was awesome. Room is very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is 1 block from the beach. Very happy.
Nothing except I have to go back home to Michigan.

Location is great. Approximately 100-200 yards and you’re on the beach. Quick 10 minute walk.
Latrine sink was very small. Seems ridiculous but every time you wash your hands you make a mess.
Shower had great pressure but the shower was unable to fold down.
