I’d stay again.

Customer service was great, security on site, they issue parking passes, they towe outsiders, they serve breakfast, rooms are bigger and more comfortable than made seem.

Beds are tad bit small, they’re really for one person and not two lol.

OK ror 1 night but wouldnt bring my wife here

Don't stay here to much money the place is very loud at night

I don't remember the names of the staff bit the 3 people that checked me in the first time was very good the lady the was from the Scottish inn was not very nice she doesn't seem to no what she is doing or does she care .

The only thing that I liked about the place was the 3 people that worked there that check me in the first time not the lady that normally works at Scottish inn. And the cleaning lady will just walk right in on you. The cleaning ladies there aer very rude

It's very nasty

I only like the staff everything about this motel is bad and dangerous you can get very sick staying here they painted over nasty black stuff.

Tub most of all but it's nothing I like about the rooms price should be no more then 30$ a night trust me save your money and get another room in Jax FL

Disappointing

The toliet was filthy stained. Needs replacement. Riom was not appealing at all . Picture of the rm shown on booking .com was not what we got.

Although theircwere clean towels and the bed was clean and made.. the toluet was gross.

when we showed up no one was there to check us in. we waited half and hour no one came. so we left and came bacl after an hour. The room floor was sticky and overal was in bad condition. the whole place needs a renovation. we booked for 2 night but only manages to stay 1 night. I checked into a Holiday inn the next morning.

the guy at the check in was so nice and helpful.

Hot shower, but shooting at hotel.

Hot water for the shower. Maids did a good job, except the floors were not mopped, my feet turn black on the bottom. They also left the lights on as I knew I would have a late return. Beds were pretty good.

The noise from the street. The drug dealing that lead to the shooting of the drug dealer and his competition. This happened at 3:30 in the morning. Crime tape put up outside my door. They should have a security guard at night.

The worst experience I ever had! The room has a lot of insects and it was very dirty. Immediately I went to the room, I turned back and spoke to the receptionist that I couldn't stay (I panicked with cockroaches). The man in the reception just answered "understandable" and promised to get my money back, on my credit card. I left and they took my money anyway. I called them a lot of times to the hotel, with no answers. They lie, stay away from there!!!!

worst hotel experience ever

absolutely nothing was supposed to stay 2 nights. had to find a new hotel as soon as I saw my room

staff was rude and unhelpful. my room was so nasty I had to book another hotel when walking in this room. the room smelled like a cigarette had burns in the sheets toilet wouldn’t flush. looked like someone had thrown stuff on the walls. completely disgusting. my girlfriend wouldn’t even sit down
