Super 8 or super late? (regarding new airport shuttle time frame)

Staff on site and driver very friendly and helpful. Texas-shaped waffles made me smile.

Times for shuttle service on Booking incorrect. Messages sent through Booking were newer answered.

Excellent friendly staff, clean room, I would stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Checking in and out was very quick and easy.

I was in a room on the bottom floor 2 doors down from the front desk. I could hear all the noise of people walking in and out. Next time I'll ask for a different room further from the lobby area.

location to event we were attending

The bathroom was uncleaned looking, lots of stains, the toliet overflowed and we had to move rooms, the new room air conditioning did not work as well and the furniture in room was worn. this facility would be nice but needs a facelift.

Not good. Would not have stayed a second night.

The staff was kind. The air conditioner worked well.

There were rips in the curtains. The room smelled musty - I went to the front desk for deodorizing spray. The toiled failed to flush - I had to take the lid off the tank and manually lift the fill arm. The chair at the desk was clearly one that had originally had five wheels but now had none. We arrived around midnight and were able to enter through the exterior door at the end of the hall which had a sign which read "This door is locked 24 hours a day..." without a key. Was glad it was just me and my boys - my wife would not have stayed there. Glad it was just one night.

Location was good for us.

Check in time is at 3pm. Our room wasn't ready until 3:45 which put us late for our plans. Also, homless couple waiting under a tree out side the front of building. A staff member told them in Spanish to "wait" for room... it was weird.

Efficient overnight at DFW (third time), but cigarette smoke smell in halls is disgusting.

Shuttle was efficient, fast, professional and friendly.

We were in a non-smoking room, and yet the hallways on our floor REEKED of cigarette smoke. This hotel doesn't air condition the hallways, so the hallway air is hot and muggy, which makes the cigarette smell that much worse. This is our third time staying at this hotel for an overnight, and may be our last because of this issue.

5 star ⭐️ service

I like the fact that they answered the phone & helped me by giving me an iron to straighten my clothes for a very important interview with American Airlines …. My First hotel choice didn’t have an airport shuttle and was stuck at the airport for 3 hours…. I called and management took care of me personally from booking to transport and even made sure I was ready for my day with breakfast and transportation back …, i would book again & ℹ loved the smoking section

I liked everything, it was clean 🧼 & friendly… Never 👎 know who needs a room and they came to my rescue…. Thank you 🙏 all

I wouldn’t suggest any of my friends and family to satay even for one night.

The location.

The hotel itself is very old! The room 108 smelled horrible even after I used air freshener!! the bathroom door is old the tub needs to be updated the drain was rusted.

The property never replied to me when I wished to have the shuttle service. There is no free cancellation.

It was very clean and pleasant to stay.

It was close to the DFW airport, they have a shuttle bus (courtesy), reasonable and very clean.

It is a little aged and the breakfast could have some improvements (when the customer is in the hurry, it’s great to have a toast or muffin that they can grab and go).

Location and shuttle driver was very nice. Good staff and service.

The rooms are very dated, ripped furniture, sheets on bed are thread bare and a greyish color. Definately needs some updating. Pool area nice but again furniture shabby. Wouldn't stay again.
