I loved my stay in this hotel! Very charming place. Great room: clean, comfortable, with a great view. I liked the breakfast too, I felt like I was at home. Very friendly staff. The restaurant "Cowboy" is great as well: a bit pricy but the food is excellent.

Location was amazing. Staff was super friendly.
The breakfast could have been a little better. Only protein option was hard boiled eggs.

Spectacular views, convenient location between Zion and Bryce, very helpful service, complimentary breakfasts. Rooms are rather smaller but very neat. Microwave and fridge are handy, as well as a little external porch extending the space inside.
Beds (in the Buffalo room) are very noisy and thus not very comfortable for light sleepers. Otherwise, all perfect.

The room was spacious and clean, and the view outside our room was amazing. It's also a 15-minute drive to town where shops and restaurants can be found.

The staff were so helpful and nice. The area is beautiful and peaceful and the rooms had all of the essentials (no TV). The bed was very comfortable and there was wifi on the property. The breakfast was a nice touch in a cute cabin with a community table.
I didn't realize there was such a wide variation in rooms. There was a tiny cabin that looked cute and some 1 story connected cabins with more furniture. We had a room above us and could hear lots of footsteps and coughing. I would have paid more to stay in the other rooms had I realized the choices. Would be nice to have a bit higher quality toiletries. There were some bugs/webs in the ceiling corners.

We liked the style and the atmosphere of the place. Also, it was nice that the room had a heater, since the night was cold and we needed some comfort after a long drive. The staff was nice and there were no issues with late check-in, even though we were super late.
Very limited breakfast options (but it's still nice that they offer them for free).

the welcome we had from the lovely lady in the office and her dog Ty was wonderful. they definitely make this place by offering a warm welcome and making you feel comfortable.
The rooms were basic and I couldn’t make the coffee machine work - probably me - but as long as this is what you expect it will meet expectations. we were just staying one night didn’t have food with us … but we drove to Panguitch which was cute and offered good food. In the summer I imagine the fire pit is ace … snow prevented us from enjoying it.

so much to love about this property!! you have to stay here for the most relaxing getaway. gorgeous mountains are in the distance, the nights are dark enough to see the Milky Way, the sunsets and sunrises are better than a picture. this location is perfect for going to Bryce & Zion parks. the ranch is absolutely beautiful, very friendly and informative staff (thank you, Beth), a peaceful flowing river is on the property but you have to walk a bit to see it, they also have a fire pit with chairs and wood, bbq grill, and picnic table for you to use. property is extremely pet friendly, it has all the accommodations you need in the room, laundry on site is a plus. the rooms are basic but very clean and homey. there is a good sized town about 15 minutes down the road for food and gas and a much smaller town closer but options are scarce in the off season.
our room was close to the road so we were able to hear the road noise. not horrible but noticeable at times especially since there isn’t a tv to drown out the noise (which my husband and I loved not having a tv). we heard it more at night time with the 18-wheelers going by, but even then it wasn’t that bad. my husband and I didn’t eat at the ranch because breakfast was minimal and the coffee was so so. many people would be ok with a true continental, grab n go breakfast though. i was happy to see they at least offered something to the guests. we still stand by this location and have nothing to dislike about the people or property. both were lovely. we would absolutely stay here again, but next time we’d book more than 2 nights. we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the ranch after going to the National Parks.

A best way to stay on the way to Bryce canyon.
We have enjoyed breakfast! Spirit and Taste.
The room is big, the beds were comfy, and we had a place to sit and talk.
Bathroom had a charmed decoration.
We will sure get back again!
We liked it all !
A few comments to be aware to:
A. No TV in the room (no surprise for us!)
B. There are a very few places to have dinner nearby, closed early. Be prepared.
The above DID NOT affect our POSITIVE experience!
