Good hotel, clean, comfortable and convenient

easy stroll to restaurants, clean and comfortable and very close to entrance to yellowstone. Plenty of parking. Nice choice of things for breakfast and snacks to take

We'll be back, Yellowstone Park Hotel!

Very clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, fantastic location. Didn't take advantage of the bikes or the smores, but we found them charming and would make use of them another time. The hot tub was fantastic! The breakfast was adequate for a cold buffet, including oatmeal and waffles we could pop in the toaster.

Walls are a little thin. We were wakened one night at 4:40 am by a very loud phone call next door that lasted until 5:30. If I understood Spanish, I could tell you every word of their conversation! The water in the pool was chilly — I'd prefer it be warmer — thankfully, the hot tub was perfect!

Frühstück war entsetzlich, nur Plastik, nur Aufgetautes, Klimaanlage hat runter gekühlt, obwohl es draußen angenehme Temperatur gehabt hat. Einfach Fenster öffnen, damit könnt ihr der Menschheit und der Natur einen großen Gefallen machen!

All in all it was okay. Not the best but not the worst.

This hotel wasn’t bad. Location was within walking distance of town. Staff was friendly. Pool/hot tub looked clean. Nice to be able to wash/dry clothes for free.

Found food under the air conditioner.

Pas de ménage dans les chambres (c’est sur demande mais même quand on demande à la réception que le ménage soit fait, on retrouve la chambre dans le même état). Par ailleurs il y a des machines à laver mais les horaires ne sont pas adaptés si vous partez pour la journée dans le parc : cela ouvre trop tard et cela ferme trop tôt.

Location was pretty good thought it is a small town so it doesn’t really matter where it is. Most of the hotels are centrally located.

Laundry room is from 9am to 9pm. It is a terrible time frame. Most of the guests are out in the park most of the day and when you dine out and come back, it’s after 9 or close to it. There is no time to do the laundry. We couldn’t do any laundry during our stay which inconvenienced us so much. Breakfast was not great at all. There were some trash (plastic coverings for shavers?) under the counter in the bathroom. I regret picking this hotel overall, but that’s our subjective view based on our needs and likings.

Good lodging near west entrance to Yellowstone

Nice enough place, good location down some side streets so not on the noisy main streets of West Yellowstone. Liked the pool/hot tub though it was often overrun with large family groups and noisy splashing kids. Room (third floor) was quiet but faced onto the front parking area and the harsh bright light from the lot was annoying. I asked to get a room on the other side of the property but was told it wasn't possible. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Perks like the free ice cream, laundry facilities, and water station were appreciated. The included breakfast buffet was pretty standard but a fairly good selection of breakfast breads, cereal, and even some hot options. Overpriced, IMO, but I think typical for this popular area right next to Yellowstone NP.

Bright lights in parking area that flooded the room at night, so had to close curtains and couldn't have fresh air coming into the room overnight.

Fijne uitvalsbasis om Yellowstone te bezoeken

Locatie. Zeer dichtbij de West-gate van Yellowstone en op loopafstand van winkeltjes en restaurantjes. De fire-pit en complimentary smores waren een leuke bijkomstigheid. Fijn dat ontbijt is inbegrepen. Verder zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en parkeren voor de deur.

Niet zo heel veel tafeltjes bij het ontbijt en jammer van de (met name Chinezen) die een rommel achter lieten op de tafels. De jongen van de staff die met z'n oordoppen in rondliep leek het ook niet echt te interesseren om dit op te ruimen. Voor de rest erg fijn verblijf gehad.

Staff was always glad to help, ice cream social and smores nightly were great. Pool and Hot Tub were great, just a wonderful experience. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time.

Just a little disappointed in the Breakfast selections. Could have had more hot choices.

Amazing place close to everything

I thought this property was awesome for families! They had a really neat game room in the basement with air hockey, arcade games and Xbox room/lounge all for free! I thought it was also a nice touch that they offered s’mores packets for the fire pit outside and free ice cream. My kids loved it! The rooms were spacious and very clean too. I loved that they had full bottles of bath & body works shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower. Excellent place! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area or visiting Yellowstone.

Very nice hotel with amenities, but a few small issues.

Lots of amenities - pool, game room, small gym, s'mores by the fire. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was fine.

No hot food for breakfast, no eggs. (The new stove hadn't been delivered yet) Rooms and hallway were way too hot (it was early May and still snowing). There was no way to turn down the heat so we had to open the window sometimes.

A welcome overnighter during a two day tour of Yellowstone NP.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yellowstone Park. The rooms could have been slightly brighter although the low lighting was in keeping with the theme of the US Western design. Breakfast was of the typical US style but the options were good and the food was fresh and of good quality. The location meant we could easily walk into the small town to get to plenty of bars and restaurants.

The brightness of the room could be enhanced by additional lighting options. A bit too yellow for my liking but it was in keeping with the themed historical US Western ambience.

Dissapointing.

The breakfasts are pathetic. Very little choice of poor quality food. Only paper plates and cups with PLASTIC utensils. This West Yellowstone lodge is ugly and inpersonal. We liked nothing about it apart from the comfortable bed.

See above. This place is a rip off and trading only on its proximity to Yellowstone park.
