Nothing!
Smell cigarettes, although suppose to be non-smoking.
Piles of dead cockroaches in corners, and couple alive in bathtub.
No water in pool.
No outlets for charging tel,etc.
No WiFi provided. Nobody answered the phone.
Bedding very bad quality.
Were afraid to keep our lagage in room, and move beds from the walls- to avoid insects.

Has a good A/C but no heat. I was cold.
The place is a dump. It looks like people live here full time, broken down vehicles everywhere in the parking areas, Really limiting parking. The pool is unable. Tin foil on some windows. The pizza delivery man said he was nervous delivering here because of druggies and crime. Would never stay again let alone recommend others stay! Had I not been so exhausted, I would've found someplace else!

I requested a refund and booking.com or the asbestos filled hotel won’t refund my money.
I reserved the room at 6:42 and at 6:56 I canceled it. I saw the room and immediately left I didn’t even bring my things up the stairs.
My boyfriend and I have been traveling all day and have been camping and staying in hotels for the past week. We stumbled upon the city Pueblo and needed a place to stay so in a rush and not reading the reviews (which now I deeply regret doing so) found Santa Fe Inn - Pueblo. We pulled up to the parking lot and immediately see that the pool
That Is completely drained and has been for years not (seasonal pool access like they say on their website) then we walk up to the hotel front desk all the doors are barricaded by plants insuring no one has access inside I assume? So we have to speak through the window that opens a little at the bottom so she can take my card. She takes my card and charges and hands me the key card that has gunk all over it, I’m all here for reusing plastic but why is there black gunk all over it?? So I take the card and then we walk to our room and on our way we walk past a room 2 doors down from ours that has a huge white and red sign on it saying closed due to asbestos??? On your site there was no mention of asbestos, which can increase the risk of several serious diseases one of them being cancer. I honestly don’t know why we didn’t turn around there but we still checked out the room, we open the door and it literally smelled like someone chain smoked 2 packs a day for over 12 years in that room and we immediately left

I liked that the room had a mini-fridge.
I booked this room in advance hoping to get myself settled into a clean, safe, economy level room for the night while on a long road trip. When I arrived to check-in the walk up window area smelled like cigarette smoke, the parking lot was full of pot holes and the exterior of the building had not been kept up with very well. When I was walking to my room, I passed a room two doors prior to mine that had a "danger, asbestos" sign on the door. Though my room was arranged like the pictures online, once there in person you could see the carpet, paint and ceiling were a bit dingy. The room smelled of very strong cleaner (which is good to use cleaner, of course, but the super strong smell was off-putting). The mattress was extremely firm...you could probably bounce a quarter off of it. I enjoy a medium firm mattress, but this was way too firm. I expect an economy level room to be basic in amenities, but still fresh and comfortable. This was not that.
