Decent stay but whole in floor. Reported and nothing done.

Convenient to Kay Bailey Hutchinson convention center but far enough away to avoid the traffic.

There was a huge hole in the floor right under the air unit. We reported it and it was never fixed. We ended up putting one of the ottoman over it so our 4 year old didn’t fall threw and hurt herself

They need better service been honest to the customer

The room was nice the bed was comfortable the shower was clean in the restroom and the breakfast was good the location was amazing. And the view was great and the housekeeper we very nice worker too.

When a Thunderhead hit their line my bathroom light in my Tv was off and the second floor Highway light was off in the elevator also. So I went downstairs to tell the front desk and they said they was going to have somebody to come and fix so I waited from 2:46pm to that night around 6:00pm or 7:00pm. I tried to call the front desk and see if someone still was going to come she said the electric people probably going to come but she didn't know for sure. In it got late like around 10:00pm going on 11:00pm then I know something was up I knew that there was lying I knew that no one was going to come and when I did call one more time she said the Elevate people was there. they had told me a lie when I woke up that morning in try go to tap on the elevator but it did not open so I knew no one did not come no electric people did not come as well. So i'm not going to come back to this hotel no more for there lies they told me in other people know about that too that they lie about it too.

my room had mold , didnt give a discount but tried taking care the next day, with consist reminder

location was good..I care not to make a comment of the breakfast it needs improvement.

no juice was available, the same eggs, half cooked bacon, same bread breakfast needs a makeover

Just the staff.

I didn't like the breakfast service. The coffee was cold, no one check if we needed bread, water, juice.. The lady in the kitchen was always sitting. We would have to resupply everything. People smoking weed across my room. The staff need to check these people. I was very unsatisfied with the service. You lost my business at this brand of hotel.!

This weekend I suffered a huge loss due to your hotel allowing me to book and arriving and finding out it was overbooked! The lady at the front desk was rude to my guests when telling them the room they had previously been staying in for the previous days was now given to someone else despite my calling the hotel prior the making the extension arrangement over the phone with your staff. There was not a manager there that night, per your front desk, so we could not remedy the situation at that time. It is awful that your hotel had us out in the cold all night on a Friday night.

Booked a room online 4 days before arrival. Showed up to check in and they said they had no rooms available. Was told they filled up at 3 p.m. the day I arrived. I said I booked 4 days in advance so why didn't you hold a room for. Was basically told there was nothing they could do and had to find other accommodations. I used booking.com to book my room and they said it was the websites fault. While I was there. 2 other people came in and had the same experience using 2 different sites so obviously it was the hotels fault. Very poorly managed and should not be counted on for reservations.

I have stayed here many times because of the location but otherwise it is not a stellar experience.

No Good location. Nice room.

Rude staff at check-in. Rude and belligerent, it set the tone for the visit. No decaf at lobby breakfast. DIY decaf in the room but it was terrible. I stayed 2 nights. When I returned for the second night Inwent to my room but the key card didn’t work. I had to go back to the front desk to get it reactivated.
