Bed is comfortable.
Clearer communication needed from the staff as to the room location!
Refrigerator appears to have been unplugged to use the socket for vacuuming & it was not plugged back in.
The rug between the beds is soaking wet & when a towel was put down it was then filthy when picked back up.
The toilet seat has only 1 screw & it was horribly loose; which I subsequently tightened.

quiet and near a lot of places
the front desk lady at check in was rude

The local was as advertised.
Red Roof employee said a hold was being placed on my credit card for incidental charges. But after a week, it has show up as a $50 charge. I will dispute this charge and want it refunded.

it had on site parking.
It smells of urine, room wasn’t cleaned properly, bedding had smoke burns, food or some other substance wiped on wall by head board, no hot water. Was honestly scared to sleep Bc of the thought of what I was laying in/ bugs. Most Red Roofs are nice. This is a Days Inn type Red Roof.

It was affordable. Comfortable. The people were kind. This property is very central to a lot of what's happening in ATL. If you need to get somewhere in under 20 minutes, this is the place to do it from. There are also plenty of parking places.

I stayed for two weeks. The day I was to check out I booked again with Priceline went to front desk and let manager Robert know I was rebooking the room he said ok. I was running last for work jump in Uber left for work . I must got distracted and failed to hit booked button on Priceline. Didn't realize till I got back to the hotel to have key updated the guy working said there's all your stuff. Robert said your banded from hotel. I said for what. He stated that Robert said I was aloud there and he didn't book mt stay. I said I paid for another night he said I should of never been there to begin with.
To my understanding I wasn't allowed there with and ex partner . That's no longer associated with me and that's been long ago.
I found myself scrambling looking for a room At 7pm at night city is selling out and I'm stuck in lobby with all my belongings. No call or attempt to call me Dearing the day letting me know he wasn't going to let me stay after I had been there two weeks see him daily. He decided no communication and let me be surprised, left in the cold, and stranded.
I have been a regular at Red Roof for many years. As professional, and have been in hospitality for many years its a shock that a General Manager of Red Roof Inn would be so unprofessional with it's paying guest to not communicate, give notice and to let his front desk agent relay a message to a guest that had already sent over a thousand dollars at the hotel for the past two weeks.
I find it disheartening, and unprofessional. He had housekeeping pack my stuff and put outside in lobby unattended.
I will be contacting social Media and Georgia lodging as I am a member of. I want let this happen to another guest that stays there. Robert should be more focused on cleaning up the parking lot it's nothing but a Cruze place for people who aren't guest there.

I arrived at 8:44pm to check in, there was no one at the front desk and 4 people waiting behind me to also check in. I called the front desk thinking that perhaps the worker had a cordless phone with them, they did not. I waited for 10 minutes and then called corporate, then the front desk person arrived. He was rude to myself and each person I saw him wait on after me. I went to my room and it was disgusting and the AC unit had a plug in that looked as though it had exploded. I went back to the front desk person and he informed me he would replace the AC unit. I then waited an additional hour for him to replace the AC unit while my husband and baby waited in the car. The worker continued to be rude throughout my interaction with him.

The room was dirty. The comforters had burn holes in them and they were stained ...they charged me an extra $50 after I already paid in full as a "deposit" I was supposed to get back after check out. I still haven't gotten it back. There was urine in the elevator.

At least the air conditioning was decent enough but that’s about it
Very dirty, stains on carpet and ceiling, and broken door to the bathroom.

Not much to like... I guess the bed was comfortable...
Starting around Tuesday I had to keep getting my key card reactivated everyday. Commode in the bathroom had a worn valve causing it to 'run'. No mini fridge(I guess that is standard for a red Roof inn because I stayed at another Red Roof inn).... oh and it takes almost 2 minutes for hit water to come through my pipes.....

proximity to venue
our check in was supposed to be at 3, we waited in the front lobby for almost half an hour before staff strolled in and asked us what was wrong. we had a concert to get to and were already running late so we basically threw our things down and left the room. when we got back around midnight we realised there were no pillows, no sheets, no comforters on the beds. no toilet paper or tissues in the bathroom, no towels or soap by the sink. we immediately called down to the front desk to let them know. the man who picked up was incredibly rude, didn’t let me speak and cut me off when I could. the man literally yelled at me over the phone saying ‘you should have let them know when you checked in, I can’t come up there right now’. if he had stopped yelling for literally 5 seconds I could have told him we didn’t need him to bring any thing as we brought our own blankets I was just letting him know. we’ve always chosen to stay here for concerts but after finding blood on the sheets the time before this and our most recent experience we won’t be booking again.

This was the best Red Roof Inn experience I have had in a long time. 95% of everything in my room was better than excellent & that's where I spent 95% of my time. The building and the grounds well surpassed being acceptable. It was obvious to me that the manager was getting the job done and the staff was onboard with them.
Not a thing!
