Good location, could use a freshen up.

Great location and the staff was fantastic!!

Rooms were pretty run down, our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Booking site made false ideas of what amenities are included

Staff were friendly and breakfast was good for the hotel and value you pay for!

Th site I booked through made it seem like there was an indoor pool and in room microwave(there was not)…

Might stay again if absolutely no other options.

It was clean and I slept well

The police car at the entrance as we walked up, with the police out of the car discussing a search they did. The front desk staff was professional and courteous with the explanation that the police do a routine patrol of the parking lot to check the cars. I could have left but we already paid over $200 for the room and figured if the cops were already there, not likely to have anything bad happen again. Breakfast was crowded, ran out of fruit loops and maple syrup.

Our stay was not good

Location was not bad but my room was smelly we just got married in the morning and thought we needed a weekend we drove from new York but we ended our visit a day before.

Our room was located in the back so the traffic on the highway kept we up all night so the location near the highway was not good for us

Bekvämt med bra och tillgängligt läge.

Stort rum med skön säng och bra badrum. Gångavstånd in till Milford Downtown och möjlighet att gå på upplyst trottoar hela vägen. Bra frukost för att vara ett enkelt hotell i USA.

Det ligger nära Highway 95, vilket gör att ljudnivån blir rätt hög, framförallt om rummet ligger med fönster åt baksidan där vägen går förbi.

Convenient, an amazing breakfast variety, and most of all the staff

Not much but would have liked to have a microwave in room to warm up my dinner.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds with outdated decor.

Great breakfast buffet, good coffee in lobby and friendly staff.

Room was dated and had areas where attention was needed. Our bathroom ceiling had water damage and a hole that was covered with stucco see-through tape.

Acceptable accommodations, free breakfast and parking and great location are what we needed overnigh

Location was good, breakfast was good - since we were traveling it saved another stop on our trip - able to grab some food and get moving - always a plus for us. Room was a little small, hallway corridor was loud as you could hear full conversations through the door. Overall good for what we needed a place to rest while traveling.

Bathroom was cleaned.

I made a reservation for double beds, I got 1 bed. Room was small, no closet. The bed sheet had a yellow stain. The AC HAD MOLD AS WELL AS THE WINDOW CURTAIN.

Everything was close.

The room smelled and the carpet was wet and air conditioning didn’t work in the morning.

It is not worth the money because the room was not clean and the mold smell was way too strong.

The bathroom and water temperature are nice.

The room smelled like mold and was humid. The floor was covered with a carpet but it smelled like the carpet has been wet and not dried in a while.

Poor ! Never again !

Not good . No oatmeal or bagels

Noise from Highway was horrible asked to be moved and was refused . Stayed at a Hampton in the night prior and was the same . No sleep for two nights and expensive ! Breakfast was limited .

Bad

I was charged for a room I did not stay in. I thought the hotel had a pool. That was my reason for booking the room. When I learned there was no pool. I asked for a refund and I never received any of my money back.

Didn't get a good night's sleep;

Breakfast was good.

Heater was on-off, noisy, fan overpowered. Seriously interfered with sleep. Staff stated guests had often complained.

very clean. beds extremely comfortable. provided hypoallergenic pillows as requested and staff were very nice

I enjoy the location.

I didn’t like the fact that I was accused of smoking in the room when my husband clearly had his oxygen tank and WE DON’T EVEN SMOKE. I emailed the GM about the issue bc we were threatened that we were going to have to leave the property and NEVER got a response. Also, I notified the front desk at checkin I wanted housekeeping daily and the first couple of days it wasn’t done.

not good passed a Hilton and Hoilday in closer to destination to go to zhampton Inn due to prior experiences that were

stopped to get key at 2:00 pm no keys not working late for appointment …in conveniencedso so at 9:00 pm Dec 24 th 2022 keys did not work had to be taken to the room inconvenience no internet inconvenience had work to do no TV inconvenience wanted to watch TV next morning. at breakfast both the decaf and dark roast coffees were undrinkable no rolls a few bagel halves but a line for waffles and could not get to buffet inconvenient had to wait to destination to get coffee and food…. at check out stated issues told they just resolved them but we were leaving ❓❓❓no receipt given ❓❓
