Tolle Restaurant Tipps am Empfang erhalten! Riverwalk in Tin City falls man nichts gediegenes sucht. Toller Pool mit schönen Liegegelegenheiten.

Best of the best!

I’ve traveled a lot over the last 4 months & stayed in 4-5* hotels. Comparing those to this stay in Naples, I vote this HIE as the winner! From the comfortable bed, Dove product toiletries, black out shades, and an outstanding free buffet breakfast, I was thrilled. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Naples!

overall, a very nice experience.

Proximity to downtown Naples. Also, the tiki bar near the pool was a nice touch and very convenient.

It was a good stay.

The pool was great. Although, it felt cramped being lodged with so many people in it. The room was comfortable, the beds were good. My family and I slept well. The staff was nice and the people were friendly. The breakfast tasted nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Our bathroom wasn't in good condition. Specifically, the toilet. I had to go downstairs twice and ask for a plumber to help unclog the toilet. On our last day the Breakfast vicinity was too crowded that we had to go and have eat at a local restaurant.

We were close to 5th st and were also fairly close to visit family as well.

I'm an IHG member and found this hotel to be very overpriced for the quality. It's an old H Inn and it was renovated but still found this way overprice for this hotel. I paid it but wouldn't do so again. Rug in rooms needs to be removed or cleaned better.

Very good hotel in Naples close to downtown

Excellent hotel in Naples. Walking distance to 5th Avenue and downtown. Nice room and comfy beds. Very good pool with plenty of sunbeds. We almost had the pool for ourselves. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Enough free parking.

Good accomodations but very expensive.

Everything went well. The breakfast was well presented and adequate.

I made my reservations on line and paid over $400.00 per night and now see advertisements for under $200.00 per night. I travelled for over 50 years and spent most nights in Holiday Inns, but that is the most I have ever paid, by far

The only redeeming feature of this h/motel is the generous parking area which is found by driving through the parking area of the 2star Red Roof motel next door. Possibly, when the h/motel in the past, was frequented by more car owners then this would have been full but their loss is now your gain. If you must book into this h/motel then be aware that the tourist attractions of 5th avenue are 20 mins walk away even if you are fit and active. Don’t assume that the name of the hotel confers any proximity or resemblance to the tourist area or can even be found near 5th avenue. Naples is a beautiful city with far better hotels offering much greater value for money then this shabby pretender, I can only imagine that any genuine, high rating reviews appearing on booking.com will have been from customers paying less than $80 for a double room. Sadly, my advice is to AVOID at the prices they are attempting to charge on booking.com.

We were thoroughly disappointed in this h/motel which was grossly misrepresented on booking.com. It wa so different in reality to images and fabulous reviews we read on that we didn’t actually stay. Once we had walked through the lobby to the rear it became apparent that the breakfast area would be a collection of 2 seater camping tables looking out into the outdoor pool area which was occupied by fully clothed individuals lounging around on the bare plastic sun beds while a very loud, one man country music band attempted to demand their unresponsive attention; there was no one in the pool, unsurprisingly. Our journey to the room was in a sad elevator with a smeared muddy floor to the second floor. The corridors reeked of cigarette smoke and paint with the trappings of renovation work evident everywhere. The room itself was without a safety deposit box which the h/motel leads you to assume is provided but in reality would be a two key system at reception. At this point, we just wanted to salvage the remaining two days of our holiday in Florida and find somewhere where we could be comfortable. Unfortunately, the front desk and manager explained that they couldn’t offer a refund since it was booked through a third party, (booking.com). Once we had explained the issue to booking.com and have them agree to waive any commission, the hotel still refused to refund our pre payment. Effectively, the front desk and general manager lied to us. They could have refunded our prepayment but used booking.com as an excuse. We spent hours try to talk with someone in Holiday Inn Group who could authorise the refund but we were made to wait and then hung up on repeatedly. I can only come to the conclusion that the h/motel and perhaps the brand is circling the drain as there is no concept of customer satisfaction nor any concept of life time value of a customer.
