We came for a hockey tournament. The location was great

The great room with the fireplace is such a nice place to gather with friends and family

I did not like the small coffee maker for the suite. I think the suite should have a full sized pot

Decent hotel but don’t count on their airport shuttle.

It was clean and comfortable.

I chose this property because it had an airport shuttle. But when I requested the shuttle for my 7am flight, they told me they couldn’t do a 5:30 pickup so I had to use a taxi service.

location was good.

room service was very late a few days so we didn’t get it. In a suite that sleeps 6 should have enough supplies for that many. Had to ask for pullout bedding.

Their hot tub wasn’t working. I reserved because they had a hot tub. I stayed here last year and the hot tub wasn’t working. I assumed it would of been fixed by now.

It was a comfortable Stay, with no real problems. The staff is amazingly friendly and I would definitely stay here again

The lobby and breakfast area are Beautiful. Comfortable to sit in when you don’t want to be in your room. The beds were very comfortable and overall it’s a very quiet location. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

The TV in our room (235) didn’t work properly. It couldn’t get all the channels. The one in the living room was fine. even though we had told that we had three people in our room, there were no linens for the pull out bed when we got there and we had to ask for them.

A bad experience over all, for the reasons noted above.

The breakfast had warm/not hot food and coffee.

Not told at check in no maid service unless requested. Phones in room did not work, and were not fixed, despite my multiple, daily requests. Those there said only the manager knows how to change channels on lobby TV, so we missed March Madness, as "the manager" never showed up to fix the lobby tv or tell those at front desk how to do so. Those at desk said "he's managing another hotel but will be back soon. " Three different desk clerks did not know how to change channels on the lobby tv! A bad experience, overall.

Overall, it was a good place to stay, but with a few inconveniences.

The staff was very friendly.

The free wi-fi NEVER worked. The grout around the foot of the bathtub was moldy. The complimentary breakfast was just ok, but on our last day did not accommodate my dietary restrictions. The hot tub was out of order our entire 4 day stay.

Great place when traveling with family

Breakfast was great. Typical fare, both warm and cold food choices. Seating area was bright and airy with lodge feel. Traveling with teens, we appreciated the separate living room/kitchen.

Wish the bathroom area is completely separate from the sleeping area so lights at sink don't wake up other sleepers. Could use warmer/larger bedding. Covers were short... don't want to get in a cover war during the middle of the night.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent, close to shopping and restaurants, easy to find near interstate exit. The room was sanitized, staff wearing masks.

The property is showing some wear and tear, could use some updating. Smoke from wildfires was heavy unfortunately.

The lobby and outside of the building are beautiful. I felt like it was in a mountain inn. Our bed was very comfortable.

The rooms inside are somewhat dated. The noise level from the nearby freeway was a little loud.
