Large room. Nice pool and tiki bar. Staff at tiki bar was friendly.
Very little parking. Elevators not working.
1.5
The location and staff
Room was dirty, palm tree in front of our balcony, monster can left in room when we arrived, one working elevator,
2.0
No breakfast. Room was clean but broken chairs and the smell of skunk weed from nearby room One elevator with no air made me nauseous.
Patio and elevator

Beach location
No cooking equipment at all for a room with a kitchen. Rooms in need of major upgrade. Had to go to desk daily to reprogram key.

It’s on the beach.
Not clean, the couple working at night are useless. People are waiting in line and the big haired girl just stares at the Spanish kid. I seen them laying on the couch with her head in his lap. Also, they give you ice buckets but no ice machines on any floor. Did not talk to 1 couple that was satisfied with the hotel.
4.0
Right on the beach, good size pool, 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch, with two TVs and a kitchenette. Staff was nice and helpful especially considering spring break volume
No continental breakfast, but was fine with the kitchenette. Microwave, toaster, stove and fridge

Toni at the front desk was very nice. The rest of the staff were not.
Clumps of hair on the floor, sand in the tub, hairs in the beds, construction going on until after 10 pm in the hotel itself. It just felt gross in the room. Glad I brought disinfectant wipes to wipe things down.
There was a strange scraping sound going on in the rooms under construction. It made me feel like someone was scraping away part of the wall to install cameras to watch people in the rooms. I will not be going back there.
I read all the reviews before I reserved my room and thought surely it can’t be that bad there. Believe the reviews. Stay somewhere else.

Walking distance to the beach.
Pool being closed, parking, palm trees obstructing the view, rooms were very dated with mold and wood rotting on bathroom doors and other doors. Room looked nothing like website.
1.5
The view was one of the only good things. The place had a lot of potential but is in need of repairs.
The living area in the room was nice. Unfortunately, there was not enough room for a picture.
Desk staff was nice enough.
Fresh coffee in the lobby however the morning we left it looked trashy - spilled coffee on the floor and counter with paper towels thrown over it with the staff sitting at the front desk doing nothing.
The first thing we noticed was the slimy pool and empty hot tub. This is the first week of March- spring break and no heated pool. The room was disappointing. Bathroom fan falling apart, overhead light in the kitchen area didn’t work, dented appliances, microwave rusty and made funny noises. The mattress was lumpy and had a ridge in the middle. For a nonsmoking facility with a designated smoking area there were cigarette butts all over the common areas. There was a board missing near the rinsing showers (1 of 2 worked) coming off the beach creating a safety hazard. No option for housekeeping throughout the week. We needed to ask for toilet paper, trash bags and fresh towels. At some point every day, the smell of pot wafted onto our balcony causing us to have to go inside.

Easy to room, beach and away from crowd. Check in woman on desk Wednesday very helpful. She was there several day offering water and ice Checkout on Monday woman indifferent took keys kept talking to coworker. No thank you
Pool deck & chairs not hosed off, pool water not cleaned full of feathers and sand because the water sprayer at beach quit working on Tuesday- not fixed. Steps to ocean rough. Stairs up to rooms should be hosed, not done this week. Ice broken and told to get it at tiki. One day bartender wouldn’t give ice out very very rude, I told front desk they were upset.

Location and price
Never went to get trash out the room or exchanged towels

Lady 2 rooms down found cockroaches in the room. Our bed didn’t have actual fitted sheet but just a loose sheet throw down

The location was good and the staff was nice.
The pull out bed mattress was completely flat we had to go buy a air mattress! None of the ice makers worked on any floor the fan in the bathroom did not work. If you plan on cooking there is only a small skillet and one pot and 4 cups plates and silverware. Also only one dryer worked in the laundry facilities.

Location is always great.
Beds wasn't comfortable
2.5
The location was nice.
It’s older & run down. It’s in need of a lot of repairs & updating. The elevators were very slow. The beds were not comfortable at all. Also, the stairs going down to the beach are in very bad need of replacing. My kids & I both slipped going up & down due to how uneven & old they are. They are not safe. What I paid was not worth what we got.

the carpet smelled really bad and it was small for the price.

We loved the location and being right on the beach. Very chill and everyone was so nice. Their staff is amazing and I loved the tiki bar girl. Will be back soon.
Couldn’t name one thing I didn’t like.
3.5
Location and access to the beach were both great.
All of the ice machines were consistently empty. Disappointed in the tiki bar. Stated hours were 11-8 but they were never open that late, and they were always out of half of the items on the menu. I picked this hotel specifically for the tiki bar option, so that was disappointing.
4.0
Loved that -all- rooms had a balcony facing the beach. Excellent beach access.
That anyone off the street had access to the 1 ice machine that was working. They also took up parking spaces most of the day on your property. In the room, the doors were extremely hard to close.
2.5
The location is great and it is beach front.
The rooms need to be updated. Stains on tiles. RUST. The outside part of AC was on the balcony. It made sitting on the balcony hot, but it also didn't have the outside cover, making it a safety concern with my toddler.
3.5
Nice property with good amenities and location. Our room was clean and the property looked well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was updated.
The rooms are dated and worn, in need of upgrade. We would have preferred that the bedroom area of the suite have the ocean view.

it’s right on the beach and it has a bar and hot tub
I didn’t like that people were pulling right up and getting rooms but the people with reservations had to wait 4 - 5 hours for a room to come open. The room was filthy. The beds weren’t even made. I was so disappointed cuz I love staying there. Some man chase me up the stairs
2.0
the location and the view
The cleanliness, the check-in time was late. The rooms were dirty.
3.5
Loved the location and the fact that it is a smaller resort.
Paid for an upgrade for a jacuzzi tub, but did not get it. Intoxicated kids in the room next to ours kept knocking on our room thinking it was theirs.

I like the beachfront I like layout of room
It had roaches and only one eye on the stove worked
1.0
I liked the easy access to the beach.
It had gross carpet. It should have tile. We didn’t have balcony furniture. We didn’t have sheets for the couch. We had a day with no hot water because a pipe burst from the construction across the street.

location
whirlpool was a little dirty
3.5
The location was perfect, only a couple minutes away from Pier Park. We stayed on the 4th floor & the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! Room was a good size. Price was very reasonable!
Carpets were disgusting, beds weren’t too comfy.
