black out curtains in the rooms could be a little better. I just used some hair clips to keep them closed

Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

There are a few features that need updated. For example, the privacy drapes in the windows were torn. The elevator floor was cracked.

bed uncomfortable, squeaked with every move, view of roof only, stains on wall and chairs. Floor on 2nd floor room also squeaked with every step. coffee pot didn’t work to heat water.

The breakfast was pretty good. The location put us right in the middle of everything we needed to do that weekend.

My daughter rolled a ball in between the bed and the night stand and she couldn’t reach it when I grabbed it I discovered a needle on the carpet. There was food reminiscent under the curtains. And our towels and shampoos and soaps were not refilled the trash was not taken out.

This is a beautiful hotel after a long day of activities we were thrilled when we opened the door.

The breakfast was very sparse and there are no vending machines had to go to front desk and charge my sodas to the room. Otherwise, very beautiful hotel and very very worth every penny.

Need more breakfast variety and vending machines on the floors

Overall, The Hampton was good. I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was not tasty.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful.

I was in room 315 and the second bed comforter has some type of weed "sticker" that poked my son on the foot. it was embedded into the comforter. We found 2 of them embedded into the comforter and was difficult to get out.

Old, run down and in poor shape. Numerous things broken, cracks in flooring, stains on furniture

Property was run down and dirty. The smell was bad and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Family friendly hotel

Big room, overall clean and nicely decorated hotel. Very inviting. Delicious breakfast!

The bed was hard as a rock. Mold on the wall by the ice maker on floor 3. Pool and hot tub were closed and we were not told of this while making reservation.

A excellent Breakfast in spite of the Covid. And the room, was very impressed with it. Well worth the money and the stay. Will definitely come and do the same room arrangement again in the future. Thanks Guys.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and am very shocked it is a Hampton Inn.

Breakfast was terrible. Bagged take_out was a bottle of water, a breakfast bar, a small apple and a tiny prepackaged muffin. Other options were available for your selection: prepackaged bagel, yogurt, individual boxed cereal and watery juice. Preservatives overload!

See above. Room was DARK, light bulbs were totally insufficient for comfortable lighting. Bathroom was adequately clean but shower doors were like flapping doors. Bedding was not fresh, sheets were worn and thin and musty. Comforter was HEAVY, totally useless as covering, smelled very musty. I checked in late in the afternoon and didn't return for overnight until after 10 p.m. It was so late I didn't ask for another room. On checking out, I told the desk clerk tat the room, 220, needed a thorough cleaning.

Superb

The location was in a excellent spot and close to a Waterpark were we could have some water fun. Staff were all friendly and the room along with building was extremely clean!

The pool was closed and the grab and go breakfast was a joke. Understand that covid regulations has an effect on this. But those where the two reason we chose this hotel to stay at.

Wish they had told me they were remodeling before hand. They were remodeling so ice machine & vending machines were out of order on our floor. They were vacuuming early in the morning.

Lobby was welcoming. Staff was friendly

Very run down . First room was dirty. Lampshade was bad condition. Dirty furniture. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Dirty walls. I told them it was unacceptable and they gave me another room. Second room was in better condition.
