The price was good and the location was convenient, right off the highway.

The room was not clean, the bathroom was not clean, the towels had yellow spots on them. There weren’t enough pillows or blankets, the heat didn’t work in one of the rooms.

Comfortable stay

The staff (Romain) that checked us in was really pleasant and helpful.

I didn't like that the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom and that it was next to the coffee and tea.

the facility is not up to par at all, everything is old, nothing has been fixed within the hotel. there was also a tampon in the pullout bed, which was absolutely disgusting.

Some hardworking staff, below average stay for the price due to location and room quirks.

The primary positive involves the two front desk staff ladies, who seemed to be working through some internal staff issues, not between each other, but with the lower level staff due to timeliness of getting the rooms in order. Check in time at 3 pm, we were checking in at 4, and our room still had to be finished. Thankfully one of them stepped out to get it ready. No complaints for breakfast. Coffee machine made good coffee.

The location seemed run down, the fourth floor which we were on was being frequented at all hours, past 10 pm, with doors slamming and loud shouts and conversation which almost sounded angry at times. The hot water lever for the shower was connected backwards, meaning we had to turn it to ‘cold’ in order to get slightly hot water. There seemed to be a water heater issue, as we were up at 6 am and the water wasn’t very warm when it got to full temperature.

I am still coughing and sneezing. Dust bowls all over . Left a note with the front desk to ask that the room be dusted. My eyes are still itching and my throat.. Staff however ever kind and pleasant

Room was too dusty .cobwebs everywhere. I'm sneezing n coughing still and today is Monday day. My eyes are itchy n testing up

Almost perfect

Welcoming attitude of staff. Everything was as advertised in the ad on line

When I turn on the bathroom light at night it turns on the light in the hallway and wakes up the person sharing the room with me.

It was clean, easy checking in and the beds were so comfortable

There wasn’t anything not to like. I will be staying here again.

Other than the first room not being right the second room was Okay way Better than the first

Breakfast was Phenomenal

I Didn't like the fact that they didn't had no microwave and the room had a problem with the refrigerator did not work over heated and toilet which overflowed when you use it and flush it water 🌊💦 went everywhere,had to change to a different floor and room

Staff was so pleasant and helpful. The lady that did the breakfast ( Sandra) she was the nicest and most pleasant person, also your front desk staff was excellent
