The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
4.1
Very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was great.
Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Didn't have an iron in the room.
Breakfast ends too early. Should end at 10:00 AM.
Tv in living room wasn't working at all.
TV in back bedroom wouldn't get internet, so we just watched local channels.
I always clean the dishes before using them anyway, but one had oatmeal stuck inside. I soaked it and cleaned it, even though I used another one, for the next guest.
Cleaning lady just walked in the room without knocking at around 10AM, even though check out isn't until 12pm. She wasn't rude, she apologized and , just seemed a bit confused.

very nice property & the suite offered a lot.
I am not a tall person but my husband is. he is 6’2”.
The toilet in the room would be great for a child but was too low. very uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly & Professional
One of the TV Remotes did not work, the TV Network system was bad. and the toilet seat fasteners were so loose I had to tighten them up so the seat would stay on the toilet properly.

Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. The room design used space very well. We were very comfortable and would recommend this hotel to others.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel was located near a lot of shops. It was easy to find.
The room was cleaned in a rush. There were stains on the mattresses.

The staff was very gracious from guest services to housekeeping. The pool was enjoyable and had late and early hours. The room was nice, and I was able to peacefully work. The desk was GREAT! It had a separate table that pulled out from underneath creating a dual workstation or nice place to eat. I crushed some cat naps on the chaise lounge/loveseat. The bed was comfy, and the room was very clean upon arrival. Parking was fairly plentiful in front and back. And the breakfast was substantial with nourishing options. The coffee was a nice, delicious surprise. I actually extended my stay because this was a haven for productivity. I will absolutely return.
The pool was closed all day when I arrived. I believe it was for maintenance. I'm a swimmer and chose that hotel for the pool. So, it was a bummer. Small potatoes relative to all that went well.
4.1
plenty of towels
the front desk tried to be accommodating
indoor pool with no one else there
enough space overall for a short stay
polite room service
the product i bought was 2 king beds, however, when i got there i got 2 queen beds with no real remediation
pictures didn't look like the room
kitchen looked like it needed a good scrubbing
no maintenance person on sight and my kid locked a door they couldn't open

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All restaurant and shops are near by. Although the receptionist could not manage my tax exemption card, but it was refunded later.
Unfortunately there was noise due to the grill terrace under our room. I missed some bread at breakfast.

Didn't have breakfast because our class started at 0730, so we left before it was available.
King bed was very spacey and kitchenette was great to have.
Couldn't get room temp under control.
Pool wasn't available "due to COVID" - really? There was water in the pool

We checked in Wednesday night (Wednesday-Sunday was supposed to be our stay) with an amazing woman named Lillian she informed us after seeing our a active duty IDs there was a cheaper flat rated available for military at $96 a night. However We booked through a third-party $116 a night. She informed us to cancel our third-party booking and she would also cancel it on her end in the system she printed out a new receipt and told us to let the front desk know upon check out to make sure the new rate has been reflected. Since our check out was for Sunday we wanted to make sure we were able to talk someone in person before we left so we stop by the desk Friday morning and actually spoke with the general manager. Her first remark to us well why is this the first time I’m hearing of this to which our response was your employee told us to do this at check out Sunday so actually we doing it sooner than instructed and also she was made aware of it because her employee noted it not only in the system but on the physical copy of a receipt she then proceeded to argue that they were two different rates for military personnel depending on what days of the week they state to which I responded I’m calling corporate because we were told we were staying for one rate and she would not honor it corporate and made me file a formal complaint against her because that policy didn’t even exist do yourself a favor do not stay at this hotel. We left two days into our stay and the best part….while checking into our new hotel not even a mile down the road guest from the same hotel we left were checking into the new hotel because their stay was so bad as well!!
The general manager Victoria blades charges active military personnel two different rates depending on what day of the week it is. Upon talking to Corporate and after THEY made me file a formal complaint to open an investigation we found that this hotel is practicing fraudulent policies. Not to mention they unexplained charges in addition to the incorrect charges to begin with. We were charged $485 then $424…then $128 and then $250 at checking out before our stay.
