Location to airport
Room was NOT clean! Dispenser hand soap empty. Kleenex box empty. Sheets under comforter a mess! Comforter was just made over dirty linens. Shower not clean! Staff not friendly!

Da localização,cozinha equipada, ótimas camas, TVs na sala e no quarto, tudo muito bom!
Elevadores demoram muito pois há sempre muita movimentação de hóspedes e o hotel é grande, são 20 andares

I paid almost 400$ and no hot tub. Getting fresh stuff they didn't hem me when I was checking in because I didn't have kids with me. A person with no kids need to know because that's was my weekly point of staying was the Hot Tub!

I like that it was close to airport. It had indoor and outdoor pool. The 1st shift staff was awesome.
I didnt like the customer service that front desk gave me when ask about getting new linen for my room. She had an accent like she was from Jamaica. Very rude! I went to front desk and told them one of the babies had an accident around the pool. No one ever clean up the number two. It was still there the next day. Very much unsanitary.

The pool area outside the restaurant
Got to my room late 10:30p or later, checking the room out and the hallway dirty with lots of spills, towels thrown in the hall beside room doors, my room in the bathroom wall paper coming off, paint on my wing back chair, a/c unit vent broken, out side window filthy, I was beside the exit door the large window filthy, too tired to go down back down stairs to show pictures so on the next morning went downstairs and showed the pictures to the manager on duty a female
She apologized after I shared my photos and stated “if I had booked my reservation through them she could give me a 1 night refund but she couldn’t “
She stated that they were renovating but here’s my email address so I can let my boss know.
I sent the pictures to her email address.

Convenient to the airport
-shuttle had step-in so high it was almost impossible to enter w/o assist & driver offered NO assistance with luggage, getting in/out of van (no stepstool nor hand assist.) ALSO, pick up scheduled “on the hour and half hour” arrived late (instead of at 7 AM).
-no water given @ check in nor in room. Female checking in guests past midnight was rather surly.
—having not had the opportunity to eat since breakfast, I was looking forward to all-night room service even if just a fruit plate or sandwich. Did find an alcove by the front desk, but it was stocked with candy, chips, & junk food. No nuts or sandwiches or Lance crackers. So, went to bed hungry.
—fan in room continued to noisily run even tho wall thermostat displayed OFF
—the worst was the bedding. I had only 5 hours to sleep before returning to the airport (my flight had been cancelled) & the linens made it impossible to sleep due to residual detergent or bleach that made my skin burn and itch and redden. Finally got up at ~4:40 & took a shower. Returned to bed, but avoided sheets/pillowcases. By laying on the coverlet (I usually avoid doing so, not knowing how often it is laundered), I got ~ 50 minutes sleep. It was a nightmare (assume not bed bugs, tho did have red bumps on my skin).
-when I went down for breakfast ~6:25, the attendant sent me to the cold table. I pointed at the hot food bar & said I specifically chose the room with “full breakfast” @ additional cost. She flipped thru some paperwork & then began quoting what I could pay for a Continental breakfast or a full breakfast. Again, I reiterated that I already paid on my room reservation. After so little sleep, skin itching, needing to catch the shuttle, I refused to argue with her. I grabbed a cup of coffee & a prepackaged cup of raisin brand—forgoing the hearty breakfast I was counting on to get through my travel day.
What a nightmare (on top of an unanticipated hotel expense for a 6 hour stay

Desk staff was great at 1:00 am
The room was basic, a/c was loud and ran constantly., bathroom was clean-ish

I liked the staff. The waitress at the restaurant and the helpful group at the front desk.
My room was dirty with hair in the shower that was there when we checked in.

The CSR who worked the night shift october 1, initially told me there were no rooms available. I decided to look online to find a room in the area versus driving from hotel to hotel. I look and they indeed have availability so i booked a room. When i walked back in with a reservation numer, she told the guy who was checking me in that she told me there were no rooms available and i must have booked online. I felt that was rude and HORRIBLE customer service. And for that, because of her, i will NEVER book with any hotel affiliated with Hilton. I have PLENTY of money and I can go wherever I like, never another Hilton. NEVER!
The CSR who worked October 1, 2022 around 8-9pm when i checked in. She should not be working for a company such as a Hilton. She was HORRIBLE!!!!

Room was to my liking and had no issues except with a few items. Overall it was good.
Fan in the bathroom was inoperable and the reading light at one of the beds had a short; After being there 5 days, maintenance never came to repair the problems. There was also the incident when the fire alarm went off 6 times in one evening.
