Staff exceptionally helpful, respectful and kind.Above and beyond. They were the best part.
Only one size pillow and they are firm and thick. They hurt my neck.
The room was freezing even set at 75.

Location and staff were excellent. Rooms are basic and suitable. Lots of eating places in the area.
Not all rooms have small refrigerators so be sure to ask if that’s important. The accommodated me with a move.

Location great and rooms clean
Parking. They lied about parking and we had to park over a mile away. Ruined weekend. Missed march madness. No extra pillows and room was supposed to be two beds not one.

The staff were great, included breakfast was really good. The hotel itself was great.
The construction next door.

Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was nice.
No fridge in the room, no glasses for wine, staffing was very low, walls were very thin.

Bellissima struttura, stanze nuove e confortevoli
Manca il frigobar in camera

We found bedbugs in our room on the morning of our departure. Hotel management and Marriott International have to date refused to address our claim for reimbursement of the cost of sanitation measures at home, let alone an acknowledgment that the bugs we caught and presented were bedbugs.
The bedbugs and the hotel‘s refusal to respond to our claims for damages.

This was a great location very close to The Atlantic Terminal and in Park Slopes. The complimentary breakfast every morning was wonderful. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jonathan really stood out! As well as a young woman that was at the front desk with Jonathan (can't remember her name). They provided excellent customer service, which there seems to be a lack of these days.
The common areas as well as our room were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from our 12th floor room was fantastic! We were happy the rooftop observation area was open during our stay. Such great views, day or night, of Brooklyn. I noticed that some reviews suggested not getting a room near the elevator due to too much noise. Perhaps it were noisy guests that were there during those guests stay, because our room was directly in front of the elevator and it was peaceful all night! (We actually liked the convenience of stepping out of the elevator right at our room door!)
We felt safe during our stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of many different businesses and restaurants.
We look forward to staying at this location the next time we are in town.
Our only regret this visit was that it wasn't long enough. We were only in the city for a quick weekend visit.

Parking lot provided by hotel, although pretty pricey at $40 a day
Room very small, no heat in bathroom, tiles in the shower and very cold floor.

Location
Size of room - too small
Breakfast - everything wrapped in plastic
Location of ice maker right beside our room - noisy at very odd times of night
Room not cleaned Day 1

Location
Rooms were not cleaned regularly, facilities and rooms were “dated” (ie inadequate number of electric plugs), front desk was not responsive to requests. Elevator went out several times while we were staying there.

Convenient to the Brooklyn Museum of Art and Park Slope neighborhood, though the hotel's location is on the edge of a less attractive area. Staff were fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable.
The price was extremely high for the single night we were there, and we learned only after we arrived that we should have booked parking ahead--we ended up paying quite a bit to park in a garage about a quarter mile away.

Location is easily reachable, even by foot from train (short walk from Union, or a bit longer from Atlantic Ave). Upon arrival, I would call it a really warm welcome, in a good sense, here you feel like a real guest, with a small tak we apprieciated. Room was spacious and clean, furniture a bit older (no problem with that), well supplied with amenities. AC working.
At the first look, the breakfast was sufficient unless you're vegetarian or vegan, in that case the offer is slightly limited (but I didn't asked for these options, therefore I am not complaining).
Room service perfect, and when indicated, they respect the privacy. Checkout, again, very friendly with a small talk.
To sum up: really good place to stay.
Sometimes the noise from the street or the corridor was too loud, yet we could live with that.

The restaurant at breakfast time was great in my first day but once we hit the weekend the choices were not as good. There was no normal tea bags just decaffeinated ones, things would run out and it took a while for them to be replaced.

Great Location
Tv was broken but got fixed fast

Building looked new but the furniture inside the room looked used/refurbished.
Construction around it or is it an abandoned building?
Nothing else around it in terms of food.
Something was wrong with the TV as it wasn’t responsive and internet lagged.

I appreciate the business centre and the small gym in the hotel.
It's not very close to the train stations or any shops and restaurants. The room doesn't feel very clean, and it doesn't have good insulation - noises from other guests and workers woke me up early in the morning. Pretty sure the front desk staff told me the breakfast finished at 10am but in fact it finished 9:30am. So I didn't get to try their breakfast.
