I'd stay again if I had to return to MD.

Breakfast was great. Good location. Room was very nice.

Shower head was bad. It's something about all hotels having crappy shower heads, but this one was worse than most. Being caked with scale from hard water didn't help.

I would have love to know their were renovations going on prior to booking.

The bed was comfy, the location was great.

We have stayed here before I do understand that their were renovations going on which made the entire stay much different then the last. My shower was not working I had to call someone to come and fix it.

It was in a good location to where we needed to be. It was being renovated but was still functional.

I was not impressed with the selection for breakfast.

The bed was too firm and the pillows offered not support!

Not the best, but not the worst

great location. staff were very nice

everything was being re-done, making it difficult to navigate around. the breakfast area was to small, because of the renovations, and the place smelled like sewer at night.

Staff was rude during check in process. I called day before to see if I could check in 1 hr before check in time. Was told not a problem. But when arrived could not check in. Was told no one would ever give that ok. The girl working the front desk there admitted that she told me that. But management staff claimed she didn’t and contradicted her, in front of her. Never got an apology from management, just excuses. However, the girl who made the mistake meekly apologized when management wasn’t there and admitted to her mistake. Perhaps she was new staff? Otherwise the stay was nice.

The room was just okay. Furniture needs to be updated. Customer service in front desk was poor.

Location is great. I did not eat the breakfast. I checked out at 5:55 am and I did see any breakfast.

Exceptional

The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. The hotel was better in person than what I expected from seeing the pictures on line. I was pleasantly surprised.

They change the room 3 times. The first floor rooms smells bad and when they change the room for the third time the toilet was broken and leaking water

Disappointed in Hampton Inn Bowie

The location

Our a/c was broke. It said 68, but I was sweating, and I am always cold. There was no air in the hallways, it smelled like a dog. The carpets needed to be clean. Then, the elevators smelled as well. I suspect the carpet was dirty in their too.

The location was close to where I needed to be.

I called ahead and let a staff person know I would be late but still wanted the room I booked and she told me ok. Once I got to the Inn she had took the room I booked off booking. So I had some anxiety but the other staff member assured that she would get me a room. I drove 14 hours with no sleep so I thank God for her getting me a room.

It was a good place to stay when in the DC area. T

Its walking distance to a number of quality restaurants. The room was clean and ready on my arrival. The staff was excellent from check in to checkout.

The staff was friendly and it was clean. The breakfast was okay.

The mattress was too hard and uncomfortable. . It cause my back to hurt when I slept. The pillows was flat.
