Way overpriced. Avoid if you can.

Motel quality room for 5 star prices. Way over priced. Not recommended.unless.yoi want to use the resort amenities like pool. Dinner service.stopper at 8pm. No daily cleaning unless requested . Unacceptable turn around time and mistakes when we did request basic service (coffee and creamer refill). The foosball table just ate up quarters. It sucked overall for the price.they charged. We paid multiple hundreds of dollars a night; have had better service at places a fourth of that price. Avoid if paying out of your own pocket.

Getting Ready Suite!

It was great! We actually got ready for our wedding in this suite. So the lighting was great and spacious enough for the 7 of us to get ready in!

For the price we paid, we thought breakfast was going to be complementary but it ended up being an added $60 cost.

If ever ever I go back to Jackson Hole I would definitely stay at Snow King Resort once again. I have already recommend

Wry enjoyable stay at Snow King

View from my balcony was beautiful, looked at the ski slopes. Location to town was very convenient.

They advertised that they would provide a shuttle to the airport, but it was canceled the day we got to the hotel. We had to get a taxi instead.

We had to change our room within an hour due to a clogged sink. s’mores were supposed to start at 7 pm and no one was there till 7.30. the view from our room was the parking lot. The experience at Snow King mountain sports was horrifying as they put my son in the cowboy coaster without a safety belt and despite his screams, there was no attempt to stop the coaster. the manager has yet to send me a written apology or issue a refund.

Pleasant

Covered parking. Elevator to condo unit. Two TVs. Two bathrooms. Washer/dryer in unit.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Headboard on Murphy bed was dislocated in two places. No instructions on how to work the TVs.

Should have stayed longer

Excellet hotel however I was surprised there was no help with our luggage and there was no luggage carts available. Also the lack of an elevator near to reception and the short staircases between the reception and the eleveator down the corridor made transporting our luggage a bit of an ordeal.

The restaurant could do with a more imaginate menu. we accept it was fringe season but still it could have been better.

We enjoyed it very much and hope to return.

Location was great, as was the breakfast. We didn't dine there for other meals, but our friends did and loved the salads at lunch time.

I wanted to try the tubing, but it looked like the magic carpet was so slow I could walk faster, but no lane for walking up?

Nothing worked in the room. Nobody came to fix anything. Last day lost power no heat and was told we’d have to leave anyways wo showers hair done.

We have stayed here twice before. Once in 2019 and once in 2020. We like the place but we were very

The location was good.

The noise level through the wall from neighbours was not really acceptable. The toilet cystern was faulty. It kept refilling and emptying aproximately every 8 minutes. The fittings on the wall in the bathroom such as a towel rail,the shower door and the shower head were all loose and ready to fall off. The walk in wardrobe was dirty with plaster falling off the walls.

We loved the Snow King hotel/resort. You will not find anything more convenient and welcoming!

Our room location was perfect and spacious for our family of four.

We realize it was the high holiday season, but housekeeping was hard to set-up, and we waited 3 days for a clean room. With respect to the breakfast buffet, there is a great range of offerings, but it would be good to change-up the variety day to day. By the end of our trip, we ventured in to town for other options.

Very disappointing with such high room charges.

Proximity to shops and restaurants around Broadway Avenue and free shuttle to Teton Village Jackson Hole ski resort

We were very disappointed with the non-arrival for our shuttle transport to airport and have to resort to use Uber and even with 3 times confirmations with the receptions. We were chased out from our apartment by the in-house cleaners prior to 1 hour before our extended check-out at 12 pm (can’t even finished my half way shower). Never in my life to be treated by such rude cleaners and with the daily high apartment charges. We have to put our lunge outside our apartment for the cleaners to come in ( as shown in the photos taken)
